The stay was amazing overall. The property has a beautiful sunset view which made every evening special, and the pool was honestly one of the most relaxing I experienced in Aruba. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There are also a few food spots and a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The staff were great, and a special thank you to the cleaner, she was amazing and gave us very helpful recommendations during our stay.

Our experience was wonderful, the hostwas very welcomingand the dogs on the premise made the experience memorable. The dogs are a jewel, they arw very welcoming and gentle they greet you with lots of love. Make sure you have treats because they deserve it. My room was very cozy ,neat and clean . I recommend this location and I will be returning again . Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in aruba

Our visit to Vistalmar Ocean Suites exceeded our high expectations. The property is in a great location to easily access the entirety of Aruba by car. Our condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the views from our balcony and from the private dock near the bay--both spots are great for relaxing with a book or beverage, and taking in the sunset. We will 100% stay at Vistalmar when we return to Aruba. As a side note, some reviewers complain about the pet dogs on the property. If you don't like dogs, I don't recommend visiting Aruba--there are friendly stray dogs on all of the beaches and in many of the neighborhoods. The three dogs owned by the proprietors are sweet and well-behaved. If you don't want them around you, gently shoo them away and they will gladly leave you alone. Or you can be like us and welcome their pleasant company while relaxing on your deck or by the pool.

Vistalmar was an excellent place to stay. Angelique was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We had some travel issues and she was quick to respond and help us extend our stay. The room(s) were clean, inviting, and spacious. The pools were a perfect way to wind down after a day of adventures. The doggos on site were so sweet. The pier across the street was very cute, quiet, and relaxing. We will definitely be back, and stay longer next time!

We just got back and stayed at this beautiful property in a quiet, cute and cozy neighborhood from 3/5-3/8. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I truly loved the dogs that roam the property, loved " Diva" she is the sweetest. Please pet her with love from my part. Room had everything, full kitchen, fridge ect and comfy bed. Room always smelled nice and as a bonus you have access to a private pier, with chairs and hammock where you can enjoy the calm or beautiful sunsets right by the water. I think Flamingo island is across, so it feels more like a private lake.. My wife and I loved it. There are some restaurants close by and its very close to the airport. I loved the local vibe it has and not the glitzy, commercialized ambiance you will find in Palm beach. This is the place where you want to be if you want quiet, peace, plently of parking and not resorts all over. I highly recommend.

This property was great, we had a private plunge pool and 2 shared pools on the property along with a little pier area. Everything was nice and easy

The property is nice but pretty far from the strip and the main beaches, so a car is necessary. Outdoor is well curated, there are property dogs around the place that didn’t disturb us as animal lovers, but we realize it could be an issue for other kinds of customers. Host is helpful, the girl that does the cleaning is friendly. The biggest issue was probably the washroom set up, the mirror blocks access to cold water, towels holder were falling off the wall. It’s honestly all small adjustments. Room cleaning included on the price for some reason, it’s an extra fee.

The room was perfect for one. Clean and issues I had were promptly addressed. (They were minor) I love dogs , so the dogs on property were nice. All very friendly. Very quiet area with food in walking distance. You WILL need a car though if you plan on exploring other areas of the island.

The small kitchenette was well equipped for eating in the room to warm up leftovers, making a warm breakfast with your coffee. It would be difficult to cook a full dinner meal due to the size. Prepping a picnic or eating a small lunch would be fine too. We reserved the mini-suite and the room was perfectly fine, clean, bed was very firm but slept well. We realized it was a bit small for us after we were there a night. It felt like staying in a cruise cabin without all the fun amenities of a cruise. The rain shower was great! There are no frills here, it is great for those on a budget. The dogs on the property are very sweet. We enjoyed them. I liked having the private pool. We didn't use the area near the water or the large pools since we drove to beach areas. It is a secluded area away from the tourists & crowds, but has 2 restaurants nearby. We liked not having housekeeping service as we are very tidy & don't need it. We also liked that it felt like staying in your own apartment/condo instead of a hotel. Hearing the planes take off & land was not bothersome as they don't fly overnight. We had no issues with staying here, but will be looking for something with more of a "WOW" factor on our next trip to Aruba.

The room was very clean?. And well thought out,the pool outside the door was very refreshing.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The fish restaurant at the nearby yacht club was very good and reasonably priced. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Litt langt fra centrum og det ble ikke fortalt at leiebil var en nødvendighet. FASELITETENE VAR ELLERS OK. Hyggelig med egen brygge.Dusj kunne trengt en rehab, stort hull i malingen på gulvet og sprekker på dusjvegger.

Stayed in the mini studio. Excellent accommodations. The property was clean, quiet and very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common pool area with lounge area was great space. Enjoyed the hammock and lounge area. The private mini pool that was apart of the studio I booked was also great. Definitely would recommend staying at this property. You should either rent a car or just call a taxi if you would like to go somewhere. The dogs on the property were beautiful and extremely friendly. Checking in was extremely easy and I have zero complaints. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

When we arrived, the room had not been cleaned. We had to go explore and came back at 9 PM and they still hadn’t cleaned it. Getting in touch with the owner was very time delayed so when we needed something we had to wait hours if not till the next day for it

Rooms were clean, very nice people. Wouldve liked screens on doors and windows to enjoy the breeze without letting critters in. Would recommend

The room was really small, but absolutely perfect. I love the style, the cleanliness, aesthetic, and outside scenery.

We stayed at Vistalmar to kick off our honeymoon and loved every minute. It’s very private, all the pools are so neat, the private beach dock is BEAUTIFUL, and the most surprising but fun perk was the dogs!!! There’s a lot of friendly, calm dogs throughout the property that add to the experience. One even escorted us to and from the nearby bar one night hahaha In terms of quality, the rooms are clean, they smell nice, and the public areas are kept very pristine as well. Everyone on the property is friendly. Angelique was very responsive to any issues via WhatsApp, both during and after our stay. Even though you can hear the planes coming in and out of the island, it never felt too loud or disruptive. My husband would only hope that there’s a way to get fresh towels or our sheets changed if we were to stay longer next time. But we loved it and hope to stay there again!
