Evitar los cuartos cerca de la piscina, La musica es terriblemente alta y molesta. Los meseros definitivamente necesitan mejor entrenamiento. El restaurante se les termina la mitad del menu antes de cerrar. La calidad de la comida es decente y los precios modicos.

El desayuno cada vez que llego tienen menos opciones muy pobre antes si estaba muy bueno ahora voy a desayunar a otro lugar

El DJ que tienen los fines de semana en el área de piscina pone el volumen demasiado alto para el área tan pequeña, se hace un ambiente molesto, en el que ni en la habitación se puede descansar del retumbo del sonido, en un momento pedimos que bajara un poco el volumen porque ni conversar durante el almuerzo se podía y lo que hizo fue subirle mucho más para molestar, lo que encuentro sumamente irrespetuoso para con los clientes que estamos pagando hospedaje.

There costumer service toward the costumers was really bad. My reservation was for a bigger room but I got an small one. The front desk could not help me because they were all book. They clearly made a mistake and they said, I was the one who made it. Also they wanted me to charge me more money. Awful staff and costumer service.

Breakfast was the same everyday qualitywas a 1 room was not to clean the restaurant at tha hotel did not have anything in tha menu they have roaches the pool was dirty not satisfied at all never stay there again.

El lugar espectacular bien central a todos lados, los empleados súper amables, desayuno riquisimo autentico, y habitación muy cómoda con aire acondicionado la verdad 10/10

Absolutely disappointing stay. From the moment we arrived, things were off. The room was not properly cleaned—there were visible stains, dust, and an overall musty smell that made it uncomfortable to even relax. To make matters worse, the rooms had mosquitoes, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The staff was extremely unprofessional and came across as disrespectful. Instead of helping, they would mock or laugh at simple questions, which made the experience even more frustrating and uncomfortable. Parking is very limited, so be prepared to struggle if you have a car. Another major inconvenience is that you are not allowed to bring or order outside food because they force you to use their restaurant, which felt very restrictive. Be aware that they will also charge extra for toddlers over 3 years old, which was not clearly communicated upfront. On top of that, they will charge you if the sheets get stained—whether it’s blood or anything else—even if it’s a small or accidental stain, typically around $10–$20. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely worked, and many of the amenities advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The bar was underwhelming and not well-stocked. At night, they shut all the lights down and there is no staff available—only a guard outside the gates—so if you need anything, you’re basically on your own. Overall, this place does not match what is advertised at all. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this hotel.

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y la atención del personal.

No tengo suerte en el bar no tengo buena atención , el breakfast buffet estubo muy pobre no hay opciones como antes , lo único bueno es la buena atención del personal de limpieza destacando la señora Julia ella siempre resolviendole a los huéspedes

Food inside is not good ifeel back when i eat that and the experience wasn’t good there
