Beautifully maintained property with warm, kind and helpful staff. Our room was very nice, bed was super comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very attentive to ensure the room was clean and we had what we needed. The breakfast was amazing and even though there were alot of guests at breakfast, everything flowed with a high level of efficiency. We had to leave before breakfast on the last morning and the gentleman at the front desk ensured we had breakfast sandwiches to take with us. Everything I mentioned says a lot about the hotel, staff, and service on its own but we were also there during days when the hotel was fully booked. So, that’s an even higher level of excellence to me.

Flott opphold med fine rom og fantastisk frokost.
Problemet er at det er veldig vanskelig om man fåg rom i ulike etasjer når man er i følge med andre. Det er ikke mulig å komme frem til medreisende som bor i andre etasjer.

Not sure if is slow check-in or if we stayed during the busiest time. Line up for check-in was long and every time we when through the lobby there is always a long queue of people waiting to check-in. Overall room is clean and comfortable, but a little dated.

Had a great room with a city view. Construction work going on next door but the double glazing helped enormously.
Room clean was generally good but came too late in the day. Requested an earlier clean.
Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. No bar service due to strike. Concierge often not available.
Overall, well located and would return.

Sejour à Oslo particulier dans une période de grève où tous les services n’étaient pas fournis.

Had a good stay here, I’ll probably be back in the future when I return to Oslo.
Two minor annoyances about the ammenities of the hotel:
1. No fridges in the rooms, instead you’re basically given an automatic vending machine in each room. This is a small thing but really just stands out as an aggressive way the hotel monetises the space within your room.
2. The phones in the rooms do not call out internationally (despite the documentation in the room stating that they do). To call internationally you have to go to reception.
3. No hand sanitisation stations during breakfast service.
