Superbly located by the central station & waterfront & easy to get to. The staff were all so professional & helpful. The room had a fantastic view of the fjord which was an added bonus. To top it all the breakfast is very comprehensive & provides a great start to the day.

A lovely hotel - great city views with some rooms. Location not so great - a lot of building work surrounding you but we were made aware. Seems to be an up and coming area. Lovely area around the fjords and some nice boat trips.

I will never use Expedia again for anything. I did make a mistake in booking the Plaza and not the airport location, and I didn't even mind the inability to change on the day I arrived. However, the complete circle of nothingness I received from Expedia in trying to correct my mistake for the following week is unforgivable. NEVER AGAIN

Our room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom we had to open the window and still was pretty bad. Very centrally located, friendly staff and the lobby smelled great.

Clean and tidy with lovely staff. Lots of building work around the hotel so not the best view of the bus station and a building site from our room however the city centre is very walkable and the hotel is VERY central

I chose the hotel because of its convenience for the railway Central Station. They notified us on arrival there would be building noise each day from 10 to 4 pm - yes it was noisy and continued to 5pm. Hotel was extemely busy, long queues in reception, the "highly sophisticated" call systen for the elevators had several problem and we had to nominate our time for breakfast as it was so crowded.

You have asked if I enjoyed the ocean view. There was no ocean view, although I was not expecting one. The main problem for me with this hotel is the wifi was very poor. Also the breakfast options were quite limited for such a big hotel.

Very noisy building works going on during the day. Room allocated (which was supposed to be an upgrade) was right next to lift which was noisy both during the day and throughout the night. This was the second bad experience at a Radisson hotel, would not choose the chain again as a result (2 strikes and out)
