Room was very good, and general property was okay. I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access.

房間設施齊全，更有洗碗機焗爐洗衣機，房間整潔。但是用貯水式熱水爐，不方便沖涼。住宿的最後一天，但酒店不能放置行李，指示不清晰，最後要拖着行李觀光。
整體住宿是令人滿意的，但對最後行李安排十分不滿。

Easy to get in touch with the host by phone. They are not present, so they do not get insight into what's happening at the site. I called in to complain that the hallway outside my room was a building site as they were changing wiring and drilling in walls and I could barely talk over the phone over the insane noise. This was news to the host, they did not know about the work being done and could not answer when it would be done. Apart from that the app did not work to open the door, but I got help to print out a digital key on the reception machine. This also did not work at first, but easy to reach the host and let her fix and help from remote. A bit risky for me to stay there again as I travel for work and need peace and quiet during the day also, not just evening.

Great location and friendly staff. I think you should consider investing in larger boilers so it’s possible for a couple to have hot showers one after the other. And also consider renovating the entrance hall, which doesn’t look great due to the rear entrances to the restaurants’ kitchens and the constant smell of food. Other than that it was great. Thanks.

Det var litt tekniske utfordringer i selve bestillingen, men hotellet selv responderte og ordnet opp på en veldig serviceminded måte. Veldig sentralt beliggende plass, og en helt topp leilighet vi helt klart kommer tilbake til.

Checkin machine did not work upon arrival. Got support over telephone but took some time. Very nice, clean and roomy apartment located downtown Stavanger with bars, cafes and restaurants int the same street.
