Room was clean, and extra blankets provided. Appreciated the water bottles left in the room. Be aware that no hair dryers or cups are provided in the room.

Kantu hotel was a lovely place to stay for our five nights in Cusco. It exceeded our expectations. Its location was perfect, our room was large and well furnished. The breakfasts were wonderful, and when we went for an early tour, they packed a breakfast for us to take with us.

It was ok, no heater in room. Breakfast was decent. Half staff spoke English.

This is essentially a guesthouse. Ask for a quiet room, as many of them open on to the courtyard and you hear everything as people come and go. The washrooms are stinky. The location is great. The roof top is nice. It's a solid cheapish option.

Very clean and in a very good area near everything.

Clean room and helpful reseption. Breakfast was good with good fruit options.

We had room 209. I believe the reason this room smelled so bad was because the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that did not fit the space and could not be cleaned properly. Stagnant water and mold was collecting in unseen areas. Also, loud. The breakfast was stale. The entry was very nicely done making the hotel seem like it was much nicer that it really was.

Very good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruits were great. However, the room had a weird smell and the toilet was not smelling good as well.

Hadden mooie grote kamer en schone ruime badkamer. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Nadeel was dat het in de ochtend bij onze kamer luidruchtig was.

Estivemos por duas noites no hotel, uma delas véspera da nossa ida à Machupicchu quando saímos de madrugada, passando pela recepção, vimos pacotes que deveriam ser lanches, identificados com número de quartos no balcão em frente ao recepcionista que não fez questão de se comunicar com a gente. Assim foi durante toda estadia, não houve nenhum interesse em gentileza ou sorriso no rosto, com exceção de uma senhora muito solicita que nos atendeu quando fomos buscar as bagagens guardadas. O hotel, o quarto e banheiros são limpos mas a cama de solteiro tinha lençol de baixo com cabelo e sujeirinhas, me pareceu mal lavado ou não trocado. Aquecedor e chuveiros quentes. Café da manhã bom. Localizado perto do mercado São Pedro e descendo a rua em uns 12 minutos chega-se à Plaza de Armas onde o comércio e restaurantes são melhores. No geral, um hotel bom que só precisa treinar a equipe para atendimento gentil.

Jättebra hotel med jättetrevlig personal. Ligger 10-15 minuters promenad från plaza de armaz. San pedromarknaden på andra sidan gatan. Jättebra restaurang intill (urpi) och en livsmedelsaffär runt hörnet. Stor altan på taket.

Good service at all time, clean rooms, friendly staff.
