Excelente servicio, instalaciones, cómodas, limpias. El desayuno es extenso y de buena calidad y con mucha opciones. Si sales temprano (de madrugada) a algún tour te mandan lunch. Hay servicio de lavanderia, esta super bien ubicado. Estamos super contentas con la experiencia, un excelente servicio y amable por todo el personal.

I stayed at Kantu Hotel for 5 nights and I was appreciative of the quality and care they put into making me feel at home. Emmanuel and the front staff provided me with suggestions on where to eat and different areas of Cusco that I could walk to. The staff was very welcoming and gave me time and space to recuperate after long days of walking. The hotel is located in an accessible location - right outside of San Pedro Market and San Pedro Train Station - which was helpful as I booked the PeruRail train to Machu Picchu. There was always hot water and tea available for guests - no matter the time. Great breakfast available with meat and rice options. The rooms were heated at night but they also provided heavy blankets and an extra heater. The view on the rooftop was another highlight. I tried to spend most mornings there, taking in the scenery. The humble streets of San Pedro has it's own smell and narrow sidewalks. But you can walk to everywhere you need to. It was a great price for a memorable experience in Cusco.

The humble streets of San Pedro has it's own smell and narrow sidewalks. But you can walk to everywhere you need to. It was a great price for a memorable experience in Cusco.

Nos hospedamos duas vezes em Cusco nesse hotel. Foram duas reservas no mesmo tipo de quarto. Na primeira reserva nos puseram em um quarto espaçoso e com banheira (que condizia com as fotos do site, que mostravam o quarto). Na segunda vez, no entanto, nos colocaram em um quarto menor, ao lado do depósito de malas, com os tacos do chão soltos, banheiro que alagava e aquecedor que não funcionava. Reclamamos na recepção que o quarto não condizia com a nossa reserva (não havíamos reservado o mais barato), porém nada foi feito: pior do que isso, nos disseram que o segundo quarto estava condizente com o que reservamos e que nada poderia ser feito. Alegaram também que as fotos do quarto eram gerais do hotel (como assim?) e não refletiam, necessariamente, itens que estavam presentes no quarto.
O café da manhã é ok, mas a limpeza poderia ser melhor.
O ponto positivo é a localização, em uma área silenciosa, mas próxima à praça central. Mesmo assim, não repetiria a estadia.

We got put into a room in the back with terrible lighting, no natural light, and very cold. The staff were not very kind, and it has a very sterile, airport-like atmosphere. The rooftop is the only amenity worth seeing, it’s also more out of the way than described.

The hot tub was so warm. Perfect thing after the 4 day Inca Trail. Staff were so nice and helpful. We were leaving before breakfast was served and the staff left us snack bags to go so we weren’t hungry.

Charming hotel, staff was so helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy. Storage of our luggage overnight was a plus (and free of charge) as we took a trip to Aguas Callientes/Machu Pichu. Location was very convenient; walkable to many restaurants, shops, San Pedro Square & train station. Room was clean and they had a smart tv so we were able to connect to Netflix to unwind! Some major chain hotels in the USA don't even offer that! Airport shuttle is not free and not a shuttle; they will just call a taxi for you. Price is reasonable (30 soles which is ~$9 usd at the time of this review). We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but they packed us a sandwich/water/fresh fruit since we had a 630am train to catch. That was a nice gesture. I’d stay again!

This hotel is located a little hidden past the main square, but is quite nice. The staff was kind and attentive, and even offer a bag lunch to take in the morning if you are going on an early tour. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful in general. The only negative is that the toiletries are a bit lacking. They only give you one bar soap and there’s no liquid hand soap. Otherwise, great place to stay at.

A great base for our trips to Machu Picchu and the sacred valley. They were kind enough to hold our bags over night when we went to Puno as well. The staff was very kind and helpful and there’s a great little restaurant right next door to the hotel on the corner.

I only wish I had booked this hotel much earlier during my stay in Cusco. After staying in several disappointing places, arriving here felt like paradise. The room was excellent, and the jetted bathtub was exactly what I needed after long days of exploring—it really helped with my fatigue. Everything was comfortable, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that the heater was turned on at 7 PM. Considering how cold Cusco can get, I think it would be much more comfortable if it were turned on a bit earlier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. 10/10!I
