Kantu Hotel

Hôtel très bien situé. Jolie terrasse avec vue. Personnel agréable. Chambres et parties communes assez froides. Hôtel mal insonorisé. Petit déj à emporter, pas terrible, sur place très bien.

Excelente hotel justo al lado de la estación de trenes y el mercado San Pedro. Super bien localizado. Todo el personal fue amable y cooperador en todo. Estancia perfecta! Si vuelvo a Cusco me hospedare en el Kantu sin duda alguna.

Hotel localizado a 8 min a pé da praca das armas, ao lado do mercado san pedro. Ficamos hospedados no quarto 208, bem amplo, mas nada aconchegante, móveis disfuncionais. Não tem chuveiro fora da jacuzzi. E muito barulho externo. Água quente. O aquecedor funcionou muito bem. Mudamos para o quarto 101, também muito barulho pois fica em frente ao elevador, todos os hóspedes que chegam e saem passam na porta do quarto 24 horas. É grudado na cozinha, as 5h da manhã começa o barulho fa preparação do café da manhã. E tem muita luminosidade que vem de fora. Café da manhã muito bom . Sempre deixam água de cortesia nos quartos. Bom custo beneficio, mas não me hospedaria novamente por causa do ruído.

Todo bien, solo que el rollo de papel de baño es muy delgado y solo ponen 1 al día.

We loved the location close to the San Pedro Market. Everything was very close. The breakfast provided was wonderful. We also liked there was a variety of tea options offered throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.

Excelente servicio, todos muy amables, está muy céntrico, fácil acceso, todo queda cerca caminando a plaza de armas y sus alrededores, me volvería a hospedar aquí sin duda.

Only a couple minutes from the major city spots like Mercado de San Pesro, Plaza de Armas, Avenida del Sol to exchange money and lots of food. Very friendly staff that even packed us our breakfast for our morning excursion.

Hello! I hope this review helps a lot of fellow travelers from making the same MISTAKE I did. First let me start by saying that I arrived to this hotel on July 5th around 12:00pm. Upon arriving, I knocked on the door because there was NO SIGN that says “ring the bell, do not knock”. A guy comes out and says “do you not see the bell, you cannot knock the door”. Uhm excuse me? Did you put a sign!? That says ring the bell thats all the way to the top right side of the wall?. This guy wears glasses and was very rude upon arrival. My first night at this hotel was spent on the 4th floor. My bathroom was full of ANTS. The name of this hotel should be ANTU instead of KANTU cause it’s infested with ants. My sheets were DISGUSTING. They were so dirty I could not even grasp the reality of what was going on with this room. The towels smelled like wet dirty alpacas. And the WORST part of it all was that the heater connected to the wall did not work!!! I literally froze the whole night. The next day I spoke to someone at the reception and they said they would switch me to another room. To leave my bags packed and they would move everything for me. I specifically asked for a room with a heater that works and they said yes they would get me a room with a working heater. I come back from my tour that day and I am now on the second floor room 217. I walk in and there is no shower curtain in this room. Taking a shower was awful and painful due to the room being cold. The heater in

Great stay in the city of Cusco. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great hotel at a good price.

The room we stayed in was big but I didn't like the big tub which I think is so unnecessary. I would've preferred a simple shower because when you shower in the tub, it makes the floor wet. The bathroom lso smells like rat poos.

Very nice and quite a cheap hotel compared to other hotels we stayed in Cusco. It was also warm which is rare there. On the first night they even brought us a complimentary bottle of Champaine!

The room and the bathroom were spotless. A nice room for the price.

Muy linda! Muy atento el personal está enfrente de una iglesia y hay muchas festividades por lo que si hay ruido pero muy agusto

Conveniently located near San Pedro Market in a more local part of town. The city center is about a 10–15 minute walk away. The breakfast was great, with variety of fresh fruit. The room did not provide a face towel. Overall a great stay.
