地點離BUS站(走五分鐘)跟火車站(走十分鐘)都不遠 算是交通很便利 房間還算舒適 但WIFI有時不是很穩定 有附早餐 整體來說算是中價位中還不錯的

離火車站與公車站附近，附近餐廳多，商場也多，購物方便

安静地段，出行方便，服务温馨，早餐实惠。

At first there was no hot water when we wanted to take a shower at about 6pm. We asked the front desk and they came quickly and checked the shower and told us to wait for a couple of minutes. However, the hot water still did not come out after about 10 minutes and they went to check the machine but we still did not have hot water after that. We decided to go out for dinner first. They solved the problem after we went back and the water was hot enough though we did not know exactly what the problem was. Make sure the hot water works before your shower!

Bom hotel, bem localizado e com bom atendimento. No entanto, poderia oferecer mais conforto nos quartos e um café da manhã mais variado e elaborado. No geral, foi uma boa experiência.

This is a good hotel, and our room had a fantastic view. The only reason for our bad review was related to two things. First, we had to have maintenance to our room twice, first because the remote control for heating did not work, and then the safe stopped working due to bad batteries. The second thing was that when we wanted advice on how to best find a guide for Machu Picchu, the woman in the reception recommended their trusted service with a Local tour operator. But she said the guide was not fluent in English and the guided tour was to last one hour - for this she wanted 75 USD. Luckily we knew that s normal guided tour is 2-2,5 hours and it is not possible to backtrack, so we did not go with this. We would have appreciated honest help and information from the hotel staff instead. We found a great guide for 2,5 hours, with good English skills, and for less than half the cost at the entrance!

Clean room, easy check in. We loved having our luggage delivered to the train station so we didn’t have to go back to the hotel to retrieve it.

Juste correct, la vue du balcon sur les déchets n’est pas agréable. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité la salle très agréable.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our brief stay. Highly recommend!

Really great place to stay if you’re going to machu pichu. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to bring our luggage to the train station when we came back from machu pichu. The hotel has an incredible view while enjoying breakfast.

Ótima localização , equipe muito cordial

Habitacion muy correcta y de buen tamaño. Cama excelente, ducha amplia y con presión de agua que no es muy habitual en los hoteles. Personal muy servicial. Muchas gracias a todos los empleados y especialmente a Ximena y Amy por su profesionalidad, amabilidad y vocación de servicio.

Should have known the luggage service earlier

Just off the Main Street, facing the river. Steps from the bus to Machu Picchu. If we ever go there again, I’d not stay anywhere else. This is the place!
