The staffs provide excellent customer service! They are so kind, polite,professional and help me whatever I need. They booked transportation to airport and keep track of timing. Also the staff at restaurant on roof top 5th floor are excellent and the view is amazing. Thankyou for the hospitality and definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and local and international dining options.
The breakfast also was nice.
Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

我們被安排在116號房，是1棟很老舊的房子，不清楚隔壁是不是也是飯店，夜晚派對播放音樂到深夜12點，無法入睡。隔音很差，隔壁房的開門關門聲音很大。樓梯像是有青苔一樣，陽台面對當地老舊房子，與訂房時看到的照片不同，擺了兩張陽台椅，完全就是擺設不會有人想要坐在椅子上，房間牆壁破損也不整修。

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Small area to relax at the beach and not crowded when we stayed. A lot of seaweeds in the beach. The family suite was huge with balcony. Not much to do. Rooftop bar was okay. It is an old resort but I would say decent quiet place to chill. Thank you Whitesand for the surprised cake for Karen! Appreciated much.

大人３人小学生の子供１人でファミリールームに泊まりました。部屋やベッドが小さくエキストラベッドを頼むと、ホテル側は文句三昧エキストラベッドすら入れてもらえませんでした。先日、ブルーウォーターマリバゴに泊まったので隣のホテルに移動という感じでした。数百メートルしか離れておりません。海は、ブルーウォーターマリバゴと共用という感じで、モーターボートのマリンエンジンオイルが浮いており泳げるような場所ではありません。とても汚い海です。レストランは屋外でハエや虫が飛び交っております。ゆで卵に塩をかけたところ、塩の入れ物にはうじ虫とその卵、スタッフを呼んで交換してもらいましたがあっけらかんとしていました。謝罪なんてないんですよ。不衛生極まりないです。二度と行くことはないと思います。料金だけ高くて金だけとればよいという感じの悪いホテルです。
