The clerk on ground floor both front desks and concierge have a great service, and even remembered each guest's appearance by calling my last name during my stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants to visit Manila and I must choose to stay here next time.

Clean, modern, very nice but pictures are a tiny bit misleading. Also had an electricity shut down for a scheduled repair. No A/C for a while. You cant go wrong staying here.
