科斯塔贝拉热带海滩度假村

The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs.

Nice to stay for retreat

I’ll come back again. The staff of this hotel are very nice and friendly. The environment and the facilities are maintaining very clean and well , the security do so. As for Location , to hire a taxi or tutu which will be easier to reach out restaurants or supermarkets.

Check in 流程很順利還有迎賓飲料，但居然沒有電梯（住3樓）而且走廊有種異味，飯店早餐不好吃但是裝潢很漂亮，熱水很不穩定也沒有牙刷等備品，私人海灘早上都是退潮建議下午去比較美，覺得這個價位飯店設施還有待加強

整體表現真的不錯，床好睡、房間乾淨、早餐菜色天天變化多樣菜色、飯店設施豐富，適合放鬆的好地方。

房間清潔有待加強，性價比不高，飯店較老舊，餐飲很普通

飯店較小 我們入住時並沒有住滿 所以空間還行 但是若入滿了會非常擁擠 餐廳是24小時的很不錯 游泳池 海灘 都很好 網路斷斷續續 訊號不穩 飯店提供的交通方式比較貴 建議用uber 唯一缺點是我和男友都被蟲咬 應該是飯店的床的問題 雖然說來菲律賓難免 但是我們真的被咬得很慘

Pleasant and well maintained grounds, with fine sand beach area. Clean pools. Plenty of breakfast selections including fresh salad and fruit. Clean rooms with clean aircon units, clean towels and bedding. Lots of movie channels, and the electric outlets and light switches at the bed. The restaurant was priced higher than local but mostly less than USA/Europe. $5 pizza here would have been $10 in usa. $10 tuna steak here would be $20 in USA.

We did not feel that Costabella Resort were managed very well. The staff was very nice and helpful but some things were strange to us : - They started onsite construction work at 7.30 in the morning (no information) - There was a big party for non-guests on the beach from the morning until 5 PM. Very noisy and took up very much of the facilities - We were travelling 4 people but only allowed to buy breakfast beforehand for two people. When we arrived we we had to buy for our kids for the quadruple price of our own (the staff did what they could to help us). - The infrastructure around the breakfast was not too good, so many things were not available. Ranging from foods to cups and glasses. Besides that the food and drinks were very expensive - soft drinks for instance is much more expensive than in the airport. You are not allowed to take food or drinks from outside to your room
