員工非常有禮貌且熱情，服務也很棒！ 在頂樓酒吧是我這幾天最開心的兩個晚上！ 房間大且乾淨，毛巾也是乾淨，硬要說個房間上的缺點， 大概就是上下層的隔音，但是，我想那是很多大樓的問題！ 餐廳提供的食物份量也很足夠，服務人員也都是笑容可掬，或許是開放式空間關係，有時候在一樓大廳也會聞到食物的味道，持續一直聞到食物的味道，反而會稍稍微覺得困擾！

My room was beautiful and always clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The Brixe restaurant has very good food

It was our first time in Cebu, Phillipines, and we had a great time at Diane's hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and they had variety of options. The customer service was great and they assisted when we required something. They had complimentary disposal toothbrush and toothpaste with disposable slippers. They also provided bottled water daily upon room service. The pool was great and clean, we had no concerns. We would definitely be back again.

Staff was the very best. Everyone working there deserves a raise and a promotion. The only problem was the bathroom was moldy snd lime scum everywhere

Modernes Hotel, dass uns so gut gefallen hat, dass wir nochmal auf unserer Phillipinen-Rundreise hier Halt gemacht haben. Ruhige Lage, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer sowie sehr freundliches Personal. Lecker war auch das große Frühstücksbuffet. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

The property was great and good room service and large and comfortable room. The rooftop pool was amazing and the hotel is close to local mall and IT Park a quick Grab ride away. The only problem was the wifi was a little slow for download streaming TV like Apple TV and uploading YouTube videos compare to other hotels I’ve stood at.

The hotel room was clean and very spacious for the price of only $27 a night. The safe in the room needed a key to open instead of a combination lock, because the battery section of the safe was corroded. The restaurant had very good food, but the cakes were dry so do I recommend them the rooftops swimming pool was amazing and just sat there made amazing alcoholic drink drinks. Location was close to a mall and only 130 peso grab ride very close to IT park. Overall, it was a great hotel and a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, the facilities were safe with fire protection, etc and the room was quiet and comfortable. One of the best secrets in Cebu!

The pool bar staff - DON was the most friendly and informative staff member in the hotel. Did not eat at restaurant

Great breakfast. Staff were great. Bathroom had to be serviced twice for clogging and the showerer didn’t have good pressure. Bathrooms were ok but room was nice for the price. I would stay there again.

Cleaning staff was excellent - room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff was friendly but I would suggest that reception staff get familiar with the surrounding area to advise guests of what and how to get to known destinations. They shouldn’t be saying that they don’t know as they don’t live in the area. Breakfast was good although the potatoes were stale every morning (personally found the meals a trifle bit too salty, but it could just be my palate). I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance as I booked this hotel because it had a rooftop pool. Personally, I was not too impressed with there being a charge for everything (I was allergic to the brand of tea used and they wanted to charge me extra for another brand over and above the price I had already paid, luckily I carried my own). If you like hot showers despite the heat outside then you will be disappointed ☹️.Also, our shower had no door so the bathroom floor and mat got wet after every shower. On the plus side - the elevator works very well. There’s huge smiles on the faces of most staff members. There are plenty of charging points in the room.
