建議可設立更好的WiFi 酒店我員工服務都算不錯，當日到步看見自己名字 有種回家的感覺 唯環境蚊蚊子較多 用餐時不太舒服

Albergo da ristrutturare con pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bagno vecchio, impianto di condizionamento vecchio e rumoroso. Personale della reception inefficiente e maleducato. Wi-fi mal funzionante. Colazione di scarsa qualità. Assolutamente non consigliabile. Da evitare. L’unico aspetto positivo è dato dalla posizioni sulla spiaggia anche se il mare non è balneabile a causa della bassa marea.

Purtroppo in tre giorni di soggiorno ho dovuto cambiare tre volte la stanza perché si sono rifiutati di aderire alle mie richieste di occupare una camera al piano terra ed assegnandomi invece una camera al terzo piano senza ascensore. Io e mio marito siamo anziani ed io ho avuto una distorsione alla caviglia. Ho mandato tre comunicazioni scritte al Manager ma ho ottenuto solo una camera al secondo piano l’ultimo giorno. Albergo da incubo. Peraltro non mi hanno ancora sbloccato il deposito di 3000 php presi all’atto della prenotazione. Assolutamente non consigliabile da evitare.

Albergo fatiscente che non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Aria condizionata vecchia e rumorosa. Manca l’ascensore. Bagno che necessita di ristrutturazione lavandino angusto e senza acqua calda. Wi-fi mal funzionante. Staff front Office poco gentile, rigido e incapace di risolvere i problemi. Nel mio caso poiché mi hanno assegnato una camera al terzo piano sono stata costretta a cambiare camera ogni giorno pur di avere una stanza accessibile dal momento che sono anziana e con una distorsione alla caviglia. Hanno ignorato ogni mia richiesta ed al terzo giorno ho ottenuto il secondo piano. Albergo con barriere architettoniche e personale di front Office maleducato ed inefficiente. Assolutamente da evitare c’è di meglio. Unico lato positivo la location è la piscina. Colazione scadente.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Double Gem Beach Resort. The property itself is beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful, natural atmosphere that I really appreciated. The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I did appreciate that breakfast was included, which is always a nice touch. The drinks were actually very good, including the alcoholic options. The Filipino food was also enjoyable and felt authentic. However, if you ordered anything outside of local cuisine, it didn’t quite hit the mark and felt more like a rough interpretation rather than something well-executed. That said, there were a few things that made my stay less comfortable. Not being able to flush toilet paper and having to dispose of it separately was difficult to adjust to and affected my overall sense of cleanliness. I understand this may be standard in some areas, but it was still uncomfortable for me personally. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms and cellular service was very limited, which made it difficult to stay connected when needed. Overall, while I can appreciate the natural charm of the property and the friendliness of the staff, the lack of certain comforts made it hard for me to fully enjoy my stay. This may be a better fit for travelers looking for a more rustic, unplugged experience.

no water when we checked in they said they will fix it camenin in two hours and it was still mot working. Also they claim there is wife but its a joke its always down and in the rooms it does not work at all. beds very uncomfortable and short (my feet are linint outside the bed and i am not even that talk) and stuff is unhelpful. worst hotel that I have ever stayed in philippines, stay away from thisnplace!

Beautiful location

Chambre correcte. Extérieur superbe. La wifi était hésitante en revanche et vous captez peu la 4G.

The property is right on the beach with great sunset view. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated. Pool is nice and offers great view out to the sea.

We particularly enjoyed the pool and the bar staff. Super friendly and always helpful. Loved being close to ElNido town center where we frequented for karaoke’s at Calmaris.

Very poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms. Oceanview Premiere Triple and Standard Room Queen. The Oceanview Premiere has a not pleasant smell from the bathroom and AC is not working. When we complained they asked us to wait for an hour trying to fix the AC and told us it's ok but when we came back after dinner it's still not working. They transferred us to the villa/casita with bed capacity of 2 persons and provided us with the rolling bed which is small for an adult to sleep in and the villa is located beside the road and is noisy. The next day they transferred us back to our original room and we again packed our belongings only to find out later that night that the AC is still not working. We waited for an hour, we requested to talk to their manager but no manager is working onsite only remotely (if there is even one existed!). We were transferred back to the villa beside the road with a rolling bed for the 3rd person. We pack and unpack 2x during the 3-night stay. It is so uncomfortable with the rolling bed and since it's small I fell on the floor 2x. We booked a room with triple occupancy (1 twin bed and 1 queen bed). The villa only has 1 king bed and gave us a rolling bed. You cannot talk to a manager or supervisor even on the phone. Terrible customer service. Our stay was never pleasant at all. Instead of a vacation it became a major inconvenience to us. Breakfast was not that great. Internet is only available in the lobby. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The sea view was lovely. The housekeeper and bar tenders were really friendly and helpful. Although the girls in the reception were very rude and making comments on my British accent in their language, every time we went past the reception giggling away,in the present of the manger. The breakfast was so boring some old scrambled egg, dry fish, bread, banana and pineapple.

We were a bit disappointed in our stay. The room was really small, the Wifi did not work in the rooms at all and was spotty on the property. The complimentary breakfast was not good.

Hot water for shower take so long or nothing, only 1 towel even i ask for an extra they did not give but thanks to the housekeeper girl in Veranda, she is nice and give me one. I also ask for a breakfast to go a day before that if we can have a breakfast to go on next day at 7am because we have a tour and we need to be at 7:45am at the meeting point but we got no breakfastat all ww need to leave asap because of the meeting point time and still they did not pack any even a bottled water. We habe stay at the extended side of the hotel and the room had no socket for charging near bed only 1 near Ref but not working we need to charge at the bathroom and most if all no wifi in room only outside. But at the main hotel there is a pool and the beach it‘s nice that‘s the only positive comments that i can give. It‘s about 15-29 minutes to El Nido Town. Tricycle cost ₱100.00 everytim. Airport transfer cost ₱1,200

The Breakfast was fresh and delicious,. Our room had a ocean view of the beach.

We didn’t get our depositum back when we leave the hotel. They say we will get it back 2 weeks up to a month after we were leaving

The room was clean but there is no wifi in the rooms, only in common areas outside tge rooms. Breakfast was okay except for the bacon, it is cooked medium rare.
