双宝石海滩度假村及酒店

建議可設立更好的WiFi 酒店我員工服務都算不錯，當日到步看見自己名字 有種回家的感覺 唯環境蚊蚊子較多 用餐時不太舒服

Beds are rock hard and the toilets often stop working, house keeping is hard to get a hold of for anything we waited all day for toilet palate and I had to ask about 5 people to get some after being there for 3 days, might go back but only if I can’t find anything better…

Beautiful view. Very courteous staff.

The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with transport and renting of motorbikes. The outside area of the hotel is very nice with the pool, bar, restaurant and a lot of sun beds right by the beach.

Staffs are friendly. Room is decent. We availed of the forest view room and did not anticipate that we have to cross the street to go in the main hotel facilities. I feel that this should have been disclosed in the description. The breakfast buffet are nicely setup with great food selection for breakfast. Their restaurant and ala carte menu needs improvement though. But overall stay was great and family had a great time.

Great room with beautiful view of ocean. Pool clean and food at restaurant is good. The hotel is literally right in the beach. Overall a wonderful stay. Breakfast daily included and good.

Staffs were friendly

No wifi anywhere except the restaurant. Rooster from across the street wakes ya up at 3 am and howls all morning from.thst time on. Rooms are very small and dated.

Everything was perfect!

Room is clean and the staff are courteous. We look forward to book our next visit since we haven’t have enough time to visit much of the beautiful attractions El Nido offer. Breakfast at Doublegem is one we gonna miss. And of course Doublrgem I highly recommend.

Full of Bedbugs . Do not stay here

Beachfront room, dining room front beach, excellent VIP room we stayed at, clean in most spots, shower room a little dirty, staff friendly, great bartender- Jake was great. Only thing, my girl slipped and fell at the bar area after she came out of the pool running to get her drink. Her fault for not paying attention-Maria was kind and helpful. Love the breakfast variety, we ate every item on the happy hour menu and drinks was superb! We would like to return since our 18 members of our group liked it better than Boracay beach front hotels. Totally an awesome place to relax and enjoy!!

EVERYTHING WAS BRILLIANT BUT THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE ENTERNET CONNECTION, OTHERWISE THE 12 DAYS ATAYED WERE PERFECT.

Beachfront, breakfast, friendly staff, layout of the place, and we ate each of your bar appetizers!! Yum! And happy hour drinks!

Front end staff were very considerate when one of us got sick and had to attend the hospital. They went out of their way to assist us, allowed extended room stay until we had to fly out. Only complaint would be the pool. At times it was very busy with kids! It would be nice if there was a separate section for adults. The property is large enough they could build just a kids pool area. The hotel is a perfect location. About 10 min tuk tuk ride to the busy town. Restaurant wasnt the best but so many options walking distance. Beds were hard, bathroom smelt of sewer but its common for El Nido. Beach was excellant.
