Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Vaccination. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Each guest must present one valid ID as well as a vaccination card. For those who do not already have a government-issued ID, a birth certificate as well as a student ID will be required. Failure to present the aforementioned requirements may result in a check-in delay. In any case, confirmed bookings will only be given the option to rebook on another day (refund will not be extended). The hotel’s new check –in and check out time is at 2PM and check –out is at 12NN for Executive, Family Prestige and Prestige rooms. Bookings for Deluxe, Deluxe Premiere, Premiere and Cellar Premiere will be at 4PM check –in and 2PM check –out. Request for early check –in and late check –out is subject to room availability. Extra Adults are allowed, depending on the room category, at a cost of PHP 1,800.00 per person per night. Smoking, vaping, and using e-cigarettes (and the likes) are strictly prohibited within the room and balcony. A minimum penalty of Php 5,000.00 would be imposed on violators. The total room cost may be charged depending on the severity of the smell damage in the room. Pets are not permitted. Cellar Premier or Premier Family is not recommended for people with disabilities, pregnant women, or senior citizens. Bringing firearms into the room is prohibited. Strictly no partying inside the room. A minimum of Php 10,000.0 may be charged, with additional charges imposed depending on the harm caused to other guests and the severity of the room damage. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
