Hotel Durban is located right in the middle of the tourist strip in Makati. Although the hotel was difficult to find (most taxi drivers do not know where Durban St. is!), the amenities were excellent and the staff were super friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever am in Manila again!

This hotel is located in the Makati Business District, although its a little far from the MRT station about 20~25 mins walk under the melting sun... Tons of restaurants around this area and bars too. All the staff members are friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. One of the staff members told me which bar around this area is good and what restaurant is famous for Filipino food. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

That room has no one window without mentionned in room description so we left from there 10 days before previous check-out.
My next point is for Hotel.com, how about to let customer to rent a room without complete description. I lost money for 10 nights.

The “Suite” was terrible. No window, had a funny smell, way smaller than expected and WiFi was terrible. The pictures on the website are taken to make the room look much nicer. We immediately checked out even though I lost my money. I can’t stay there.

The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside and lobby. Room 101 is no too amazing because there is no sound barrier from the room to reception, you can hear people opening the door to and from reception and to the lobby and also hear people talking very easily. There is also no window in the room so it feel like a cave but the room was very clean and comfy beyond those issues.
