The bathroom caulking was non-existent or moldy. The sheets didn't look clean. Their cappuccino machine kept stalling because it needed to be deep cleaned per the message appearing on machine. There was construction scheduled for the swimming pool for one month. Wasn't stated on website. One of the reason I chose the hotel was for the pool. Misleading pics. It was probably taken on day one of when the hotel was first opened because maintenance was subpar. The air-conditioner didn't work. Dingy. Old. Thank goodness I had Lysol/Clorox wipes to disinfect. Slept on top of the sheets. Wish I brought my own.

The hotel is a bit dated. And the rooms could use a renovation already. Rooms are large and spacious, clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast is a small Buffett and was fine. We had a lot of trouble with our room keycards that kept getting deactivated.

Very friendly staff all around. Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds, huge TV, coffee machine and mini fridge.

I only stay 1night with my fam. It’s so expensive is not worth it. 🙂

What a charming hotel! We had a very lovely stay. Very spacious and modern room, free parking, breakfast and wifi. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The fridge was working then stopped working overnight. My aunt's eye drops that needed to be kept in cool storage were compromised overnight. My aunt also ordered o.elet for breakfast. The cook forgot to make it. The coffee dispenser ran out of milk then ran out of coffee. There was a long queue of guests waiting for coffee.

Hot rooms. Thermostat set at 23 degrees celcius-- can't be changed to suit guests' desired room temperature. I was told that aircon was centralised. What's the use of the thermostat control in the rooms??? They provided 2 standing fans-- one of them was taped together (falling apart). Water dispenser on the 2nd flr was broker-- had to go to the 3rd flr to refill water jug. Buffet breakfast only served local Filipino food-- no international breakfast option. Hotel experience in the hotel was not worth the money.

The rooms are big, the bathroom is nice and looks luxurious. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The beds are big and nice.

Was upgraded but not really necessary. Room is very large. Free breakfast is superb. Needs some updating with color. Tub is too high, not senior friendly.

The hotel has cockroaches and very bad smell in the room. Although the staff were very friendly.

Being our dad in the hospital for weeks, Me and my sister decided to book 2 rooms to relax and spend time with family to celebrate ny nephew’s birthday. We bought food however we notice that there are no utensils included in the bag, so.. we called and request for utensils.. 2 person knocks on our door (housekeeping and security) to hand the utensils, however both kept looking and very obviously peeking inside the room! take note: this is only around 8-8:30 in the evening.. not even 5 minutes, the Front desk agent called and ask how many are in the room. They probably forgot that we booked 2 rooms and just currently having dinner in one of the rooms. i’ve stayed in many hotels so i am very much familiar with the rules.. We are extremely dissapointed on the action of the staff.. where is the privacy? Our supposedly “relaxation” became a nightmare as they ruined our mood!

Staff was always ready to assist and make accomidations within reason. My wife is handicapped and as much as possible they accomidated her by providing various accomidations to help he navigate our room more easily, and to accomidate her preferences for breakfast making breakfast to order each day was greatly appriciated.

Very nice roof top pool. Nice large airy rooms. Breakfast on site.
