A very nice property with a great morning buffet. The building is getting a bit older but in good shape with decent furniture. The local area around the property is surrounded by older local neighborhoods. It is a top 5 hotel stay in Bacolod.

Hotel a little bit old, amenities and staff are good plus the buffet breakfast is superb. Upgraded to standard as economy don't have a window. If you’re on budget chalet is good and if you have extra then main Lfisher is better. Parking is first come first serve and if there’s an event Good luck!

*My room is not working properly
*The aircondition is to loud
* T & B is quite moldy
And Balck Out came there is no power contengency
Elevator not working we have to use the stair
And room has no power almost ang hour have to chck out early....

We did not expect that the hotel ask a depositum before check inn since its not stated during our booking. I booked 4 rooms. From one room in lfisher we ask for deposit 43US dollar but this money will back to u after check out. And others rooms booked fra neighbor hotel Chalet. Totalt from 4 rooms was 85US dollar. I think its too much for this price and not all customers have that much money in the pocket or afford to that deposit.

The room was clean, there were no in door slippers provided though. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated/old. Staff are accommodating. Love the breakfast buffet!!

The shower didn't work. There was no front desk staff at night at all and none for the back building. The pool was filthy. The restaurant was good. Room service didnt show up until day three of the stay despite having the room cleaning sign on the door and even then the front desk had to ve told it needed done. The safe will not hold a laptop computer. Over all this place was inadequate. I do not recomend.

I was a little bit frustrated when i was given a room with clogged toilet and sink. I ask to be moved and they did right away so thag made my stay better. Minus 1 start as i would love for th to make sure their room is nice and well maintained.
