房間又舊又充滿霉味，所有設施及耗材都是破舊不堪。地理位置非常不方便，客戶以當地人民及韓國旅客居多

待機的住宿要求不高 簡單 安全 乾淨 便宜都符合我的要求 讚讚讚 樓下的超商前有通宵聊天的年輕人 感覺晚上不要亂跑比較好

Under renovation. Breakfast was setup in banquet rooms not very hot and selections were minimal.

Paid for breakfast with Expedia once. Then was charged again at breakfast. One of the companies was double paid. Scamed

First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent. The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out. This was beyond frustrating when all we were doing is bringing our luggage down to check out. The thermostat in our room never worked. We had to shut it off to keep from freezing at night. Also would prefer a better vent for the bathroom.

The staff were niice and the food was great . But needed to fix the bathroom . / needed doors in the ahowers . Big hotels like these should have a free Transfortation tonthe AirPort without any charge .Specially to those WHO stays in the hotel .

Staff were attentive and excellent throughout our stay. The food was okay overall, but the evening buffet was disappointing for the price — at ₱1,800 per person, it didn't offer good value. The property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some maintenance. One odd issue was that most of the electrical outlets only seemed to work when the room lights were turned on, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom floor also became extremely slippery when wet, to the point that it felt like a safety hazard. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star property rather than a true 5-star hotel.

It was a good stay and staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The only bad side that I do not like is the old carpet.

We love it and we stay here every year we come to Cebu

Excellent service. The staff at Marco Polo were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
