月湾滨海别墅酒店

房間都過得去，餐飲普通，泳池及周维園林好靚，近海灘，不過不可以游水，海边有大量垃圾，周边有好多酒店及餐，我早一天同經理定車明天8時正由酒店去機場，睇她忘記了要等多半小時材有車走，酒店至機場車費比教貴一點3000P

Reasonable price eith good breakfast. The bathroom was to small and the bed was to hard. There were not enough power outlets and the eigi was out the very next day.

The property is clean but very basics.. no lampshade in our room… Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet hot food selection is good but very cold! And if you are thinking of the close by beach, very dirty!

Excellent property and close to everything

Every time we frequent Subic, I always book their villas. What I love: Villas comes with breakfast for two Clean and well maintained pool Big parking space Wifi Love the comfy bed and pillows Attentive and friendly staffs. Thank you, Juna for always taking care of us! What I think needs to be addressed are the cleanliness of the rooms. Sofa needs to be deep cleaned. Water from the shower area keeps leaking. Also, their television should be updated. Cable was also worst. They need to have it fixed. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We will be back.

Our room on the bottom floor had open gaps around the front door, and you could see through the open gap. We were concerned about insects coming into the room. Our shower water flooded into the bathroom because the weather stripping around the shower door needed repairing which housekeeping took care of it.

Not happy with my stay at Moonbay Villas this time. We have stayed in Moonbay several times for the past years because it was just a walk away to some of the night spots and boardwalk. Service was great before. I am not happy with the customer service this time. The bedsheets and towels look worn out. Water from the shower floods the bathroom floor. When we checked out they were asking about 2 missing face towels that were not in the room in the first place. While we were sitting in the pool area early afternoon my husband ordered coffee the waiter told him they ran out of coffee beans. After a few minutes I questioned the waiter if you do not have coffee beans this early in the afternoon you can not serve coffee tonight or breakfast. The waiter then said they have instant coffee. He did not even bother to ask if we would alternate brewed coffee for the instant coffee. The staff needs more training in customer service. I hope to see improvement when we comeback.

Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs.
