Very friendly waiter and waitress

Nachdem unser gebuchter Aufenthalt zu Ende ging, haben wir verlängert. Gleichzeitig haben wir den Zimmertyp gewechselt (Prime Suite). Leider bestand auch hier das Lärmproblem. Der Balkon war direkt über der Vorfahrt zur Lobby gelegen. Das war etwas enttäuschend. Aber sonst waren die Zimmer ok. Was mir ebenfalls auffiel waren die Geruchsbelästigungen aus den Abluftkanälen der Küche. Die ganze Anlage ist etwas unglücklich im Layout (Geruch, Lärm, Abgase). Da hat man sich bei der Planung offensichtlich nicht all zu viel überlegt. Trotzdem alles in allem ein erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer (Prime King) war eigentlich sehr gut. Leider parkierten die wartenden Shuttle Busse mit laufendem Motor direkt unter unserem Balkon. Die ständigen Abgase und der Lärm waren echt störend. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Vorallem die zahlreichen Bäume wirkten auf uns, als ob wir im Dschungel zuhause wären. Auch der Strand ist wirklich toll.

Despite informing them in advance, there we no vegan/vegetarian options , only after having a conversation with the manager they made something . The chef tried his best with the available ingredients provided to him. Not really a 5 Star experience , property is all dated

The hotel is tired but clean. There’s a lot of friendly staff but it’s hard to get service. As an example, after ordering dinner, it took one hour to arrive. There’s often no one at the stand to order a trike. Housekeeping takes forever to deliver requested items. Reception don’t answer the phone.

Room was okay for the most part, bathroom had mold growing in the shower. Poor maintenance over all. Service was poor, room service is slow and food was delivered cold. The beach and pool are fantastic.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again!

The property itself is beautiful, and I want to highlight that the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. However, the rest of our experience during the New Year’s holiday was unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Management was clearly unprepared for the high occupancy. It seems they did not gear up with the correct staffing levels to handle the guest volume. Our room had a heavy musty/moldy smell that was so overpowering we had to leave the sliding door open with the A/C running just to breathe and sleep. The service and supply issues were equally frustrating. We consistently lacked hand and face towels. For two days, we were forced to use beach/pool towels to dry off after a shower because they were completely out of bath towels. Additionally, I ordered a bucket of ice and had to call four separate times, finally receiving it nearly an hour later. When you stay at a 5-star resort, you expect preparation and professional service, regardless of how busy the season is. Beautiful views and good food cannot make up for a lack of basic necessities and poor maintenance.

Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schlimmer ist aber der Lärm. Wir wollten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Uns wurde mitgeilt es gibt keinen Meerblick, weil die Bäume so hoch sind. Dafür hatten wir ein Zimmer am weitesten entfernt von Strand mit Blick auf eine Wand, wo irgendwelche Generatoren montiert waren. Diese waren einfach super laut. So haben wir uns unsere Flitterwochen nicht vorgestellt. Leider reservieren die Gäste schon Früh morgens die Liegen, dass man nach den Frühstücken keine Chance mehr hat am Strand zu liegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Great place in zone 0, more family oriented than anything else. Breakfast options were great although you need to be patient, beds are not the most comfortable.

This was our first time visiting this resort. We usually stay at one of the Henanns. We liked a lot of things about it such as private beach, the beautiful setting, privacy, gourmet food by some standards and very friendly staff. We didn't like that they charged more for the airport transfer than the cost of flying from Manila to Caticlan. In fact their price is more than twice of Hennan and their service is identical. You're isolated and getting to other parts of the island is difficult. Food and other services are more expensive and when you consider we stayed for 7 days, we felt stuck in one place. They offer shuttle service to town but it's limited and quickly fills up. We don't know if we will be back or stay at Henann again. Or maybe we will try another place as we visit Boracay every year and stay for one it two weeks.

Pensé que estaría más a la altura de otros resorts que eh visitado, el inglés del personal no es muy bueno

What stood out the most was Mark the singer/entertainment gentleman. He was so kind and hospitable! His voice is absolutely incredible and he made our stay extra special. Always a nice word when we ran into him and he always asked what we wanted to hear when he was singing. Can’t say enough about him!

The staff were are so nice ! The breakfast buffet and chocolate happy hour was great! & they had a buy one get one happy hour cocktails. (My friends loved it ) I wish I had more time to stay there longer next time, I didn’t get to use the pool or hang out by the beach.
