Red Planet Quezon City Timog

This is my second worse experience of the red planet (most worse is in angelas red planet). the wifi were difficult to connect and the staff were also forget to reset my account and password, super slow wifi speed. there are also have drainage problem in the shower, the air-con were very noisy like WWII Tank and the cool function was just like fans, even I turn on the air-con, the room still humid. I have booked Quazon red planet several times before, but the condition of it are getting worse, red planet are still my best choice to stay, but next time maybe I will try to book other branch.

設備還是比較老舊一點，冷氣聲音非常大，但整體還是非常值得的

價格便宜，房間很新且還算乾淨，但滿潮濕的；沒有冰箱、浴室只有往下淋的花灑有些不便，其他都很不錯。

離客戶近,樓下就有7-11,附近也有餐廳,房間內只提供肥皂一個,衛生紙一卷和沐浴乳一小瓶,房內空間不大,天花板上有一個大風扇,價格便宜,房內乾淨WiFi速度也不錯,沒有早餐及餐廳,對商務洽公的我CP值算高了.

為家人訂的房間，他們很滿意，價格合宜，地點佳，很推薦的物美價廉飯店。

I like it that the Hotel is next to Lola Nena’s bakery. Very convenient to get breakfast. Room is cleaned. Room is kinda small for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children. Over all I liked staying here.

I stayed at Red Planet Timog for 20 days while recovering from surgery. While there were a few positive aspects, my overall experience was disappointing. Before my surgery, I had a massage service. Unfortunately, the masseur accidentally stained the bed linens. I understood that I would be responsible for the replacement or cleaning fee if necessary. However, what I found inappropriate was that hotel staff knocked on my door after 9:00 PM, when I was already asleep and recovering from surgery, just to hand me the invoice for payment. I went downstairs to settle it that same night, but I expressed that it could have waited until the following day. To their credit, they apologized for the inconvenience. I also had to request a room transfer because the air conditioning in my original room was not cooling properly. Thankfully, the security guard was very helpful and assisted me in moving to another room on the same floor. I truly appreciated his kindness and assistance. Another inconvenience was the hotel's iron policy. I borrowed an iron, but it was taken back after only 30 minutes, which wasn't enough time to finish ironing my clothes comfortably. Considering the length of my stay, I expected a more accommodating and guest-centered experience, especially since I was recovering from surgery. While I appreciate the staff members who assisted me, these issues made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. I wish I had chosen another hotel that offered better value for my money.

Helpful staff. Very hospitable. Been going there every trip to the Philippines. Clean room. Close to food places, malls, 7-11. You also can’t beat their rates. Highly recommended.

The window is locked and the air exhaust does not pull any air, though it makes noise. The room is wet especially the floor, which does not dry, and my backpack became wet. Just putting any bag on the floor and it becomes wet. I asked to change room but same problem : no air exhaust. I was there 7 months ago and it was the same problem so I guess they have decided air was not useful for the guests.

Great view. Professional courteous staff. They kept the hotel clean. Completely bug free. AC was fine. Shower was okay. The hotel itself is not only dated but also flimsy. Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter. Clean: yes. Quiet, ergonomic and business friendly: no.

Immaculate! Great staff! Amazing value in a good area of Manilla.
