Swimming Pool closed temporarily from 29-4-2025 to 15-5-2025.

- Plated Breakfast is to be served. - Triple Sharing Requests for our rooms are unavailable. - Club 1911 (pool, gym and sauna) is non-operational. - Deposit Policy: Php 2,000.00 per room per night for incidental deposit will be asked upon check-in (possible for cash and credit card transactions only). It is refundable upon check-out.
• For Non-Quarantine Guests (Business-related reservations), kindly present your appointment proof and company ID upon arrival. • Only fully-vaccinated individuals are allowed to check-in, provided that the vaccination cards will be presented upon check-in. o Minors ages six (6) up to seventeen (17) years old must present a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal) Result, taken not more than 48 hours for those who are unvaccinated. Vaccinated Minors may present their vaccination card upon arrival. o Children ages five (5) years old and below who cannot be vaccinated are allowed to check-in, provided that their parents or accompanying guardians are fully-vaccinated. • Changes in guidelines will depend on the Government’s implementation of the Quarantine situation in NCR. • Cancellation made 7 days prior to check-in date is refundable. Otherwise, full penalty charge (100%) will incur. • In case of no show or non-arrival, full penalty charge (100%) will incur. IMPORTANT NOTES: • Hotel facilities such as the pool and gym are already operational. Sauna is still non-operational. Please see below operating hours for your reference: o POOL & GYM - operating from 08:00AM and 06:00PM. Advance reservation is required with Front Desk's assistance. • In-house Restaurants' operating hours: o Cafe Rizal : 7:00AM - 03:00PM (open daily)  Serving Ala Carte; Buffet is still unavailable. o Imperial Court : 11:00AM - 08:00PM (open daily) o The Deck 1911: 04:00PM - 11:00PM (open daily
Child Policy: Children 12 y.o. and below are free to share bed with adult companions. Children above 12y.o. are considered and counted as adults. Breakfast Charge applies to Children.
The Rizal Park Hotel swimming pool will be closed from April 29 to May 15, 2025, for required annual maintenance and renovations. We realize the inconvenience this closure will have on user groups as well as the general public, and as such, we will work as diligently as possible to keep the closure to a minimum. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities and ensure your satisfaction.
