Work in progress. A very promising Instagrammable peaceful and classy hotel. Hoping to go back when pool's done and cot/high chair for baby are already available. Spa is relaxing and affordable!! Love it here.

Our room is spacious, the bed is great with clean pillows and bed sheets. The bathroom is well kept and very clean too, which is what I expect to see in every hotel whether it's a 3 or 5 star hotel. The hotel's interior designs are stunningly beautiful.

- Plated Breakfast is to be served. - Triple Sharing Requests for our rooms are unavailable. - Club 1911 (pool, gym and sauna) is non-operational. - Deposit Policy: Php 2,000.00 per room per night for incidental deposit will be asked upon check-in (possible for cash and credit card transactions only). It is refundable upon check-out.
• For Non-Quarantine Guests (Business-related reservations), kindly present your appointment proof and company ID upon arrival. • Only fully-vaccinated individuals are allowed to check-in, provided that the vaccination cards will be presented upon check-in. o Minors ages six (6) up to seventeen (17) years old must present a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal) Result, taken not more than 48 hours for those who are unvaccinated. Vaccinated Minors may present their vaccination card upon arrival. o Children ages five (5) years old and below who cannot be vaccinated are allowed to check-in, provided that their parents or accompanying guardians are fully-vaccinated. • Changes in guidelines will depend on the Government’s implementation of the Quarantine situation in NCR. • Cancellation made 7 days prior to check-in date is refundable. Otherwise, full penalty charge (100%) will incur. • In case of no show or non-arrival, full penalty charge (100%) will incur. IMPORTANT NOTES: • Hotel facilities such as the pool and gym are already operational. Sauna is still non-operational. The Rizal Park Hotel swimming pool will be closed from April 29 to May 15, 2025, for required annual maintenance and renovations. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. The only negative is the hotel is under major construction and we were unable to access the rooftop bar/area, pool & courtyard due to maintenance. Will be lovely once it’s completed though.

Room was a bit on small side, no plug sockets at bedside , as with luggage not enough room to open up cases, breakfast was very disappointing, no black tea, no juices, not enough fruit choices, i would have liked, sausages , grilled tomatoes, beans etc. Maybe ok for the locals, hotel is in good location and popular. But not for us sorry.

Waited for 40 minutes to get called up for check in. Laundry that cost 250 php everywhere else cost 2000 php. Woken up by housekeeping before 830 am, i thought i was on vacation.

We had a great time at the hotel for celebrating our wedding anniversary 🏳️‍🌈. The room was amazing and the staff so friendly. The hotel is so impressed as it was a former US army club. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The breakfast could be a bit improved with more options.
