Comfortable to stay, but no desk for working.

Great views from the room.

Good service

Easy walking distance to business meetings in Makati. Shops and restaurants are convenient in the downstairs mall. Always stellar service at breakfast buffet at the 35th floor, and well-varied food comes with a bonus view out to the harbor.

Overall was great. Shower water pressure can be better.

We had a major incident involving the food service. Something that has never happened to me before. What matters is their response to my concerns which was excellent. Three different managers and several other staff took ownership of the issue. I'm hopeful that it won't repeat. We have extensive business dealings with that particular property, and I sincerely hope they continue to work to address the quality assurance levels, staff training and overall food handling processes. Their rating would've been infinitely worse had they not been forthcoming and willing to engage the issues head on.

Makati is nice. Plenty of shopping and restaurant around. Very clean part of Manila

Breakfast buffet had a good variety, but the food was room temperature. Friday night buffet had very little for a vegan and the items on induction pad was over done and the meat was hard.

Amazing hotel in a safe area of Makati with nice and gracious service, comfortable rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets in Manila. A great value for the money.

It’s a strategically positioned hotel, in the midst of the city and close to many shopping and eating options.

We were very happy with the Seda Residences . Enjoyed the pool and the rooftop bar and restaurant. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor. I will highly recommend Seda Makati and am eager to stay in the other locations on my next visits. It was a wonderful “soft landing” from overseas before visiting with family south of Makati.

今回は、大晦日のマニラの花火を見たいと思い、高層階にバーがあるこのホテルを選びました。周りは金融系の会社なども多い、治安の良いエリアだと思います。繁華街からは離れているからか、とても綺麗なホテルですが、比較的安価に宿泊できました。スタッフは気さくで、親切に対応してくださいました。残念だったのが、朝食会場が非常に混んでいて、食器が不足して料理を取れなかったり、卵料理を頼んでも持ってきていただけなかったりしたことです。そういったことが起きないように、もう少し工夫ができるともっと良いと思いました。

Very great stay

Shorter review than usual, as I was conveniently treated for a broken wrist next door at Makati Med. Rona in housekeeping made our stay very uncluttered and easy for me. Food and service at Misti Restaurant was exceptional as always, with offers to fill my buffet plate at breakfast and a beautiful bow at dinner.
