This hotel is in an excellent, accessible location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and enabled us to have a very pleasant stay. We will be back again.

This was my 4th stay at Top Star and each time it has improved. Excellent service and staff, clean and spacious rooms. The WIFI was outstanding (I had, had problems on a prior visit. They have upgraded the breakfast Buffet since my last trip to Cabanatuan, and I love the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. Situated on the main highway within walking distance to either Robinson's Mall, or, SM City in the opposite direction, it is definitely, the best place to stay in Cabanatuan

I stayed here to catch an early morning express bus to Manila. The nearby shopping mall is about 50 pesos away by tricycle. Amenities are minimal, and I wished there had been a hairdryer. The bed sheets felt damp, possibly because they were freshly washed. The staff were kind and provided courteous service.

Wifi service was down, TV sketchy. No room safes. General repair of the room was poor, chipped furniture, burn marks in the rug, batteries dead in the TV remote. Breakfast mediocre. Our second stay there and the only reason we returned was it's location for what were we doing.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
The facility shows signs of age and much wear and tear. The carpets are stained and have cigarette burns and even the burn of an iron. The shower almost got luke warm.

Cockroach in the lobby. No internet in the room, free or paid. Lobby internet only works with messenger. I was told it would have been better if I was using an Android.
