The carpet in the room is stained and soiled then bathroom fixtures are loose and needs repair. The breakfast they served is obviously on a budget, i.e. spam, fried chicken, eggs and rice.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is tiptop and clean, not to mention very affordable for the quality. We weren't able to catch the hotel at first but it actually wasn't too difficult to find. I didn't expect to be served with welcome drinks. Though it was just powdered juice, the gesture was highly appreciated and it's something not all city hotels offer despite being just a regular guest. The only problem we had was the shower head wasn't properly functioning. I applaud the fast response of the hotel team but even after an hour, they still couldn't fix the problem so we were transferred to a different room on a higher floor and to our surprise, we were somewhat upgraded to a bigger room. I assume it was an upgrade since it was more spacious than the last room that we had since nobody told us anything about an upgrade up until our check out. They were very considerate since the incident happened almost midnight when we got into the hotel room. The breakfast buffet was heavenly. There weren't much choices but it was redeemable nonetheless. In conclusion of your stay, they offer a one time voucher of 10% off on your dining bill. This place is highly recommended.

My favorite hotel in Cabanatuan. Beds are comfy and breakfast is good.
