excellent location, very easy to walk about,stuff very helpful and friendly, room is really nice and spacious, only thing is the noise from outside, however,can not mark down due to this as this is because of the location i suppose. overall very satisefied

Goed : Goed ontbijt, mooie kamer met uitzicht op de jachthaven, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie om van daaruit excursies te starten. Minder : Toen we het hotel boekten werd er nog vermeld dat er een buitenzwembad was. Dit was een halfjaar voor onze vakantie. 2 weken voor vertrek kregen we de melding dat het buitenzwembad in renovatie was. We hadden dit hotel wel geboekt omdat er een buitenzwembad was. Dit was voor ons wel een serieuze tegenvaller. Intussen is de vermelding van buitenzwembad van de website gehaald. We hadden ook graag wat meer kasten in de kamer gehad. Enkel 3 lades en een baar met enkele kapstokken maar geen afgesloten kast.

The hotel's location was perfect . We The bus station and the train station were within 10 minutes

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were always happy to help. You can find one of the best views in Faro in the breakfast room. Very happy with my stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The staff was so helpful in arranging for a very early trip to the airport, and were even in the lobby at the time of our pick up. Very impressed, and great location!

Great location for exploring Faro Old Town, overlooking the lovely marina and Ria Formosa. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Pleasant check in but the other staff are hit & miss. Our suite was clean very spacious and usable but a little start, clinic like minimalist. Overall a good stay.

We only spent one night there, recovering from jet lag. The hotel is lovely, the staff extremely helpful, and the central location allowed us to wander around the historic part of Faro in the short time we had.

We got the suit and was incredible Great views, clean, spacious Will stay again

This was our 4th stay in the Eva Senses. The hotel is in a great position to explore Faro and if you book a marina room has lovely views. Our room waa very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. We used the free water taxis provided by the hotel to go to the beach. The driver was very friendly and informative, this is a great addition to the services provided.. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every staff member we came across was so welcoming, helpful and above all proffessional, a real credit to the hotel. We will definately stay again

Mycket bra frukost

1. Airplanes constantly on landing approach directly overhead day and night. 2. This hotel LIED about having Air Conditioning. When we sweat through a night where it was only 58° outside with the fan blowing and still way too hot we checked with the front desk and they said “oh, no we don’t have air-conditioning.” this was specifically my search criteria for a hotel in Faro and listed as a current amenity of my room selection. 3. The breakfast buffet is superior. This is what you are really paying for.

Average hotel. Most of the stuff is dated. Does not provide extra drinking water. No Kleenex in the room

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam en de kamer was mooi en schoon. De informatieverstrekking kon echter beter. Er werd vooraf niet aangegeven dat het zwembad niet het hele jaar open zou zijn, maar ook dat had geen probleem moeten zijn: op het bord bij het zwembad stond dat deze geopend is van april tm oktober. Wij gingen half april, maar het zwembad was nog steeds niet open terwijl het buiten 25+ graden was. Er staat op de website dat het strand erg dichtbij moet zijn, maar dat was ook niet het geval. Om bij het strand te komen moet je of een boottocht nemen of een bus of trein. Ook van veel informatie over de excursies die geboekt konden worden, was het personeel niet goed op de hoogte. Verder was het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam en kon iedereen goed Engels en dachten ze goed mee
