Good stay. Helpful staff

Nice and helpful receptionists. The room is a bit crowded. You need to open the window for fresh air but it is quite noise outside at night.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Direkt an ein Café angeschlossen. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas eng, doch uns hat es ausgereicht. Die meiste Zeit ist man eh in der Stadt unterwegs.

C'est un endroit formidable, tout près des sites touristiques, et le quartier est très pratique ! J'ai beaucoup aimé. Les conditions d'hygiène sont bonnes et le personnel est très accueillant ! Bref, j'ai passé cinq jours très agréables ici.

Staff are helpful.

Appreciate the late check in as our flight didn’t get in until midnight. The hostile met our needs for 1 night. We booked a family room with 4 people. Kids liked the bunk bed with curtains for privacy. Room was clean. We left early in the morning for the airport.

The dorm room I slept in was in very good condition and the locking, locker was a good size.

The airport shuttle service is great.

The description on Expedia did not mention that the family rooms have shared washrooms. Not the hotel's fault, but still an irritant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, when we found out about the shared washrooms and showers and I could not cancel the stay, they helped me get a room with a washroom and shower on the same level for my girlfriend and daughter. Every time I stopped by reception, they were kind and helpful. The cleaners were also very friendly. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main tourist areas, so we only used Bolt/Uber a few times. For people travelling in a small group on a budget, it is a good option. The location, however, was not the best. It is in an area mostly frequented by male immigrants. Our Sintra tour guide and our (female) Tuk Tuk driver both said, “You did not pick the best Lisbon district.” Nothing happened, but every night when we walked back to the hotel, many people stared at my 16-year-old daughter, which made me uncomfortable a few times. The area was also quite dirty. Once you walk past Martim-Moniz toward downtown, it becomes nicer and feels safer. There were also large groups of loud people around the hotel at night, waking us up several times & th doors were hard to close, and since people had to use the shared washrooms, you could hear doors slamming all night. Between the outside noise from late-night crowds and the slamming doors, we did not sleep very well. That said, we still had a great time overall

The room was very clean and bright, with enough space. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

En la habitación no hay percheros o algun otro mueble para el secado de toallas. Por último en el deayuno no tenía todos los ingredientes que ofrecian sin anunciar.
