Be Lisbon Hostel Intendente

Thanks last week Your help was a comfort to our home when my friends and I needed it most. By Asian friends whose planes are grounded

The description on Expedia did not mention that the family rooms have shared washrooms. Not the hotel's fault, but still an irritant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, when we found out about the shared washrooms and showers and I could not cancel the stay, they helped me get a room with a washroom and shower on the same level for my girlfriend and daughter. Every time I stopped by reception, they were kind and helpful. The cleaners were also very friendly. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main tourist areas, so we only used Bolt/Uber a few times. For people travelling in a small group on a budget, it is a good option. The location, however, was not the best. It is in an area mostly frequented by male immigrants. Our Sintra tour guide and our (female) Tuk Tuk driver both said, “You did not pick the best Lisbon district.” Nothing happened, but every night when we walked back to the hotel, many people stared at my 16-year-old daughter, which made me uncomfortable a few times. The area was also quite dirty. Once you walk past Martim-Moniz toward downtown, it becomes nicer and feels safer. There were also large groups of loud people around the hotel at night, waking us up several times & th doors were hard to close, and since people had to use the shared washrooms, you could hear doors slamming all night. Between the outside noise from late-night crowds and the slamming doors, we did not sleep very well. That said, we still had a great time overall

The room was very clean and bright, with enough space. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

En la habitación no hay percheros o algun otro mueble para el secado de toallas. Por último en el deayuno no tenía todos los ingredientes que ofrecian sin anunciar.

Que acomodação e recepção maravilhosa. Super recomendo. Fui em família e amamos.

Gostei muito do hostel, quartos limpos, pessoal da recepção atenciosos, as áreas comuns ( cozinha, banheiros) eram espacosas e organizadas. Só o quarto que achei um pouco pequeno, se tivesse com malas grandes dificultaria mais

The privacy curtain really made it feel like a personal space which was very nice! The kitchen was good and the staff were very kind.

De kamer was schoon en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen de omgeving met veel junkies op straat was niet echt aangenaam.

편하게 잘 머물렀습니다. 카드키로 사물함이 열고 잠긴다는 점과 샤워 부스 안에 샤워 커튼이 하나 더 있는게 너무 좋았어요. 화장실도 항상 깨끗했습니다.

This is a great hostel option with nice, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and a great cafe in the lobby.

Time uma boa experiência no Be Lisbon. Chegamos tarde devido a fila de imigração horrível em Lisboa, mas a recepção é 24h, o que ajuda muito. Nosso quarto era o de casal privativo, amplo, com teto alto, e bem equipado com banheiro também bom. Bem aquecido no inverno, tanto que precisamos até ligar o ar condicionado a noite devido a um pequeno calor. Único ponto negativo é que não tem frigobar, mas o hotel tem uma cozinha grande já que funciona como hostel também, onde pode-se colocar bebidas nas geladeiras. Não tomamos o café do hotel e preferimos ir em uma padaria próxima. E falando da localização, é muito próximo do Metrô e super tranquilo de chegar, tendo também opções legais de restaurante por perto. Retornaria para o Be Lisbon com certeza.

Better and secure facilities comparatively with the other one I stayed in Lisbon. Helpful and effective staff.

Location was great, friendly staff, room was clean.
