Um hotel excelente! Quarto amplo, com camas de extrema qualidade, banheiro maravilhoso, a uma curta distância do aeroporto. Foi uma excelente escolha para a pernoite da minha escala em Lisboa. Acordei muito cedo para pegar meu voo e desci já sabendo que não ia dar tempo de aproveitar o café da manhã, mas me deparei com uma pequena mesa com café, biscoitos e barrinhas de cereal que nos ajudaram muito para o dia que ainda nem tinha amanhecido.
Ponto positivo também para a equipe da recepção. Recomendo!

Unfortunately, the shuttle was not available when we needed to leave for our flight (needed to leave by 5:30am). I encourage the property to consider the outgoing flights and offer an earlier shuttle as there were many people leaving prior to shuttle availability.

Checkin late, had five hours to sleep before our flights. No clear line at check in, people standing around the counter, one person leaning in the counter with speakerphones blasting.
AC was not working, room was very hot. When I told the employee on check out, he said we know. Hotel is run down, sorry.

Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, amenities weren’t properly equipped - tv wasn’t working (had issue with cable where technician had to replace the tv), two lights weren’t working (turned out there was a blown fuse), no shampoo and conditioner on arrival on first day.

The airport shuttle was great. Wonderful suite and stay. For someone who doesn't live in a city the traffic was noisy, but the hotel itself was quiet. Beautiful park to walk to within a couple of minutes.

Our room was fine but found it very noisy from the adjacent rooms and the room above us. We were on the 7th floor. It’s a shame they don’t have a simple coffee shop in the hotel for those of us who don’t want a huge breakfast. Close to the subway which is great to get downtown.
