The breakfast menu was good and had a lot of variety. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The rooms were comfortable but could do with additional pillows. The hall carpets looked tired and due for replacement. There was work being done while we were there so possibly these upgrades are in the works. The free shuttle in am to airport was real handy and shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful.

We had a great stay! The hotel was perfect and conveniently located very close to the airport. We especially appreciated the extra perks in the morning and afternoon, with drinks and snacks always readily available.

Staff was kind and very attentive. Unfortunately the room and overall hotel has aged and is in need of updating. I was only staying for one night in order to catch a flight. I would not want to stay more than 1 night.

Extremely disappointed for having experienced a few unpleasant moments. Our stay included 2 rooms, both next to each other. The 4 of us were abruptly awaken by loud drilling coming from the floor above us, and lasting approx. 45 min. My sister and brother in law immediately called reception and they were told "they are repairing and need to drill". My brother-in-law asked to speak with the manager and he was told he would get a call by 9AM. It didn't happen!. He was asked if we all had not been made aware in advance of the work scheduled the following morning. Had we known, we would have rejected the rooms! Noone likes to wake up that way! The overall service was "indifferent"! Of the 4 people at the reception standing there while we checked in, only one greeted us while the others just stood there without even giving eye contact! The only positive was breakfast; good variety, but again, the majority of the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The floors where the rooms are do need repairs and upgrading. Needless to say, we won't be staying in that location in the future.

Friendly staff, great customer service, the check in process was a breeze. Staff was also helpful with their recommendation of places to see and how to get there.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was great.

They staff was so very friendly. Our room was very nice. We enjoyed the restaurant a couple of times while we were there. The food was good. We would stay there again.

Great, clean place, beds were very comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend people stay there

This is a very nice hotel. Very courteous staff. We had a suite and they had made up the sofa bed for my kid in advance. Rooms are spacious. This is not a bargain hotel but it is very nice. Huge breakfast selection. Bar serves a delicious Negroni. There is a shuttle van to the airport included.

O hotel entregou o esperado.

Room was very hot. Had to call for maintenance to repair A/C. No ice available anywhere in hotel. Completely unacceptable. I have stayed in cheap motels all over the USA with clean very nice ice machines. Also when I turned on the water in bathroom sink, it came out a dark rust color for a few seconds. Thinking this room had not been used for a while.

The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either.

Room was clean and nice layout with the extra couch/pull out bed. Bathroom recently renovated and room was nice. Would recommend to travellers in the area, especially if want a place near the airport but still comfortable.
