Silky smooth check in. We were early and just wanted to store luggage. Front desk and luggage team excellent. No problem!! Went into town. Back later and all prepared. Room was very nice as expected. While hotel is on a main road, could barely hear the traffic. Breakfast in the morning was impressive. Large selection of food- cereal, all hit items might want, waffles, cheese and cold meats, fresh fruit, baked goods, juices, hot drinks, and more. Very happy with the meal. Staff very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay.

Very disappointing and misleading experience. The hotel sent me a direct message through Expedia promoting a bottle of Prosecco at 50% off. Based on the offer, any reasonable guest would expect a standard bottle. Instead, I was provided with a tiny 200 ml mini bottle and charged €20. The product delivered was completely inconsistent with the impression created by the promotion and represented very poor value for money. Had the size been clearly disclosed, I would never have purchased it. I strongly encourage future guests to confirm exactly what is being offered before accepting any promotional food or beverage deals from this hotel. While the room itself was generally okay, the carpet throughout the hotel and in the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor and appeared worn and not very clean. This affected the overall comfort of the stay and did not meet the standards I expected from a Radisson Blu property. Although this is an airport hotel, it does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle service. Guests should factor in the additional cost of taking a taxi to and from the airport when planning their stay.

Café da manhã bom Quarto e banheiro bem amplo Hotel em geral precisa de reforma, hotel antigo, janela nao veda o barulho da Rodovia, não dá para dormir.

Bel hôtel central. Les chambres étaient très propres, tout était à disposition pour profiter d’un beau séjour.

Frigobar não estava funcionando e precisava dele pra guardar minha insulina. Creme de corpo no banheiro estava vazio. Funcionários são bem prestativos!

The hotel is very close to the airport. Tjis can be your hub since drive to the tourist area of the city is short and you don’t want to stay in a hotel there is very noisy and crowded. So it is nice to be out of that area once you visited. This hotel is one of the few with queen size beds and that has double beds.

This is a very very tired property. It is very out of date, the furniture is ancient and falling apart, and we had serious plumbing issues with brown shower water (!) in one of our rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly but this place is basically one night roof and bed next to the airport if that’s what you’re looking for.

Hotel bem perto do aeroporto. Isolamento acústico bom. O quarto era amplo e confortável. Jantamos no restaurante e a comida estava bem saborosa e com menu infantil.

We had a family suite. Absolutely unsanitary washroom. Shower is full of mold. Thankfully we were only there for the night to catch our flight out of Lisbon. The room also has bad air circulation, not all lights work and the toilet doesn’t always flush fully. This hotel needs a major renovation.

Recepcionista simpático, acolhedor. Quarto amplo, limpo, silencioso. banheiro ótimo, chuveiro ótimo. Shampoo e sabonete líquido cheirosos.Café da manhã maravilhoso. Precisei iniciar o café um pouquinho mais cedo que o horário de abertura, por causa do meu voo, e o funcionário permitiu. O que foi muito gentil. Gostei muito de tudo, sou cliente habitual há anos.

Rent rom

Had water coming from the ceiling. Changed rooms to an upgrade, comped breakfast. New room had sinks completely clogged up. Bottom line, this property is falling apart. Staff is great.

It was night time that I asked the young lady that we did not have the ice bucket in our room, she was not very friendly, no expression of concern from her face and she told us to go to the reception. The lady in the reception told us that " I do not know why she told you to come to me"? Those 2 ladies were not very friendly. Pedro I guess was the name of the guy who helped us with our luggage and he was very helpful and very friendly. He is on his 50's I guess. All in all this guy in oir short stay was very kind and nice.
