高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。

This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected and was a disappointing experience.

Obwohl es nicht super heiß draußen war, war das Gebäude so dermaßen aufgeheizt und im Zimmer war es wie eine Sauna, so dass man wirklich ganz schlecht schlafen konnte

Innsjekkingen basert på self service var aldeles grusom. Fant ikke bookingreferansen i systemet. Fikk heller ikke «frokost vouchers», trolig av samme årsak. I det store og det hele en upersonlig bomaskin jeg ikke kommer til å bo på igjen. Litt langt unna sentrum også, men trikk noen minutter unna er positivt. Bortsett fra at linja til sentrum var stengt under oppholdet.

Breakfast was excellent, nice clean room with blackout blinds, Lots of restaurants and shops and an excellent bus straight to the city centre.

location is quite far out of prague center, about 30-45 minutes on Metro and 45-60 by tram. Check in was slow and staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I did try the self check in machine but they didn't work. In the morning using the lift was a disaster, sometimes talking up to 15 minutes to get from room to reception. The place was so busy that when u was leaving I couldn't get out the door! There was a large group who decided to block the door and nobody could get past. I bought late check out. First time I tried to get back into the room the key didn't work. Back down 18 floors on the slowest lift in the world. I went back later just before I was due to checkout and the key didn't work. I stood in a queue, 5 members of staff ignored me.. they walked past, chatted to each other and eventually I had to interrupt. They key eventually was reactivated and after the door journey back up... the key didn't work. AGAIN! I was told it was because it was last checkout time... yes, because the key didn't work! Another return trip on the slowest lift and finally it worked. You could excuse things like this if the price reflects the service. Staff all seemed very young and not well trained or knowledgeable and room was not good value.

Niet al te proper (behalve de kamer zelf), gigantisch hotel met luidruchtige gasten. Parkeerplaats beperkt en niet al te veilig: betalend. Hotel ligt erg afgelegen.

This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Hôtel très bruyant. Convivial mais impossible de s'y reposer lorsqu'on voyage seul. Les gens ont peu de repect et font énormément de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit Possibilité de présence de punaises de lit

It was ok overall. You get what you pay for. The cleaning lady was a bit rude, didn't change the sheets just left them there for me to change by myself
