Residence Bene is located in downtown Prague. Although it is not comparable to international hotel standards, it provides a clean and spacious room at reasonable price. Breakfast is free. Really good value.

離火車站同 old town都需要 15分鐘左右嘅路程， 但房間算大，早餐尚可， 只是暖氣係auto, 有時覺得冷， 跟足 instructions 都冇法 turn on, 要等佢 atuo on呀

WOW~Bene is changed. This was my second time live here. The room is renewed, clean and big. There is a microwave is the room. The bathroom is nice too but the mirror inside is too high for me. Breakfast is diversity and delicious. They provide hot soup for breakfast and I love it! And Bene residence is only 7 mins by walk to the old square. I booked one day before so I got a good price only 44 euros for this time booking. I think it's a really cheap price and so satisfied. There is a luggage room for guest to use not only before check in also check out. 這是我第二次入住Bene，第一次是去年，我只能說Bene變得真棒!房內都重新裝修過，房間寬敞乾淨舒適，還有小冰箱跟微波爐可以使用，房內的衛浴設備也又大又新，總之這一次住房體驗非常滿意。早餐也比以前更多選擇，竟然還供應熱湯!真是非常得亞洲旅客的心!飯店內有行李房，不管是入住前還是退房都可以使用，是免費的!員工非常友善且禮貌。Bene離舊城廣場步行大約7分鐘可達，如果你跟我一樣，來到捷克必買波丹尼，選Bene就對了，因為買完可以馬上將戰利品放回房間再繼續出門玩!

Amazing breakfast and great location! Staff were great and was a 5/5 hotel!

O hotel é maravilhoso. Recepcionistas simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar sempre. Café da manhã bem servido, com bastante opção. Localização excelente. Dá para fazer várias coisas andando. Há estação de ônibus em frente ao hotel e de trem bem na esquina. Check in é às 14:00 mas chegamos às 11:30, o quarto estava pronto e nos deixaram entrar. Nosso voo de partida era super cedo e eles preparam uns pães, frutas e iogurte para levarmos. Quando voltar a Praga, com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui.

I had an excellent stay in Prague and was very impressed by the service at this property. The front desk team was outstanding. Everything was clearly explained in advance, including taxi prices from and to the airport and transportation options around the city. Even when I had difficulty meeting my airport taxi because my US phone was not working, the staff remained helpful and supportive. I stayed in Prague for two days and then continued my trip by train to Vienna, which was very easy and convenient thanks to the hotel’s location. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and very good quality. The room was surprisingly spacious for Europe, almost American sized, very comfortable, and with plenty of closet space. I also enjoyed the bar downstairs, where you can easily get wine or coffee. I tried mulled wine for the first time and really liked it. Prices were very reasonable. The hotel feels safe and welcoming at any hour, with staff always present at the front desk. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Astronomical Clock, with tram stops nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, a very comfortable, well located hotel with genuinely warm and hospitable staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to any where in Prague, McDonald and restaurant just around the corner and bus stop just 2 mins walk away. Room size is great, tidy and clean.

Tudo limpinho, equipe gentil, conseguimos guardar nossas malas após o check-out, enquanto andávamos pela cidade. O café da manhã é gostoso, com variedades e tudo fresquinho.

Très bon emplacement. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Chambre propre et suffisante pour un court séjour (frigo/micro-ondes/bouilloire). Petit-déjeuner correct pour le rapport qualité-prix. Pour moi, 2ème séjour et j'y reviendrai sans problème. Le plus : navette pour l'aéroport moyennant paiement.
