It does not mean every listing has a beach, a usable jetty or a view from every room. Decide what you want to do on the lake, then confirm how the accommodation fits that plan. Rwiza Village is listed in Gasura, Bwishyura. The City page classifies it as a lodge and lists outdoor facilities. Kivu Breeze Hotel is listed in Kibuye.
