A mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Just a fan was too noisy if you have to want it.

We had a room at the front overlooking the street. Very noisy from early morning. It’s a busy neighbourhood. Deliveries etc. The room was perfect otherwise.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I booked this place for the price and the location. It does just what you need in that scenario. The room, while very cramped, had a lay out that gave each member in my family their own bed. We booked the family room with bunk beds. There is no parking at the hotel but several place around to park. Or you can take train from the airport right to the hotel for cheap. The weird things were the hotel is divided into two. So you go to a main"lobby" and check in. Then have to walk up the block to a different door for access to you part of the hotel. This was a first for me, in all my years of travel. I had some other issues with check in. My room was not ready until over 2 hours past check in. I was not given any heads up on this, which would of been nice. We could of wandered the city more instead of sitting in a tiny lobby for over an hour. all in all, not the worst stay, it's a solid 6/10

Really hard to find as such a small frontage. Car parking a little walk to drag cases. Good location though.

Close to the tram and bus lines, restaurants and shops but the main reason I booked here was the proximity to the castle! A short walk around the corner and the views of the castle were breathtaking. The room was clean and tidy and enough for a solo traveller. It was quiet and had a lift for luggage! The staff were so friendly and helpful with deciding on which tour to pick. (Timberbush!) highly recommend this hotel.
