No bathroom sink, no luggage stand, musty.

Close to the tram and bus lines, restaurants and shops but the main reason I booked here was the proximity to the castle! A short walk around the corner and the views of the castle were breathtaking. The room was clean and tidy and enough for a solo traveller. It was quiet and had a lift for luggage! The staff were so friendly and helpful with deciding on which tour to pick. (Timberbush!) highly recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful, convenient place to stay. Truly a home away from home. The room's fan was squeeky and loud but not a deal breaker. Apart from that I had a perfect stay!

Amazing location with ease of transportation to anywhere in Edinburgh. Walk, bus, tram and taxis. Nice room and very comfortable for my 2 day stay. 5 min from theaters!

Convenient hotel. Great for a single traveller. Close to all the tourist areas. Comfortable and quiet.

Clean room and en-suite.First room allocated was too hot for me despite opening the window but staff were really helpful and found a cooler one. Situated at the West end of Princes Street this budget hotel is in walking distance of many of Edinburgh's sights, shops and eateries. Another bonus is the airport bus stop right outside

Place was clean, very central and close to everything you might want to see walking and directly in front of the Airlink bus to get back to the airport. Location 10/10. The room was exactly as described. Clean and cozy.

Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that we ordered a twin room and got bunk beds, not a problem for us. But not what we bought, nor could I imagine it be good for some people.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and gave great recommendations for the city. They were also really accommodating for our entire stay.

Exactly what a 3-star hotel should be. It was clean and modern, had very friendly and helpful staff, offered a competitive price, and was in a great area, without offering additional amenities that you’d expect from a 4 or 5-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, with many tourist attractions easily within walking distance, as well as various transit options close by. There are many dining and shopping options in the vicinity. The area felt very safe, even when walking at night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. A few things to note prior to booking are that the queen size room was on the smaller side, so if you require a lot of space this may not be the best option for you. Additionally, the TV wouldn’t connect to the hotel wifi, so I had to use my hotspot to access streaming options. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, and central place to stay.

We loved our stay here in Edinburgh. Not only was the hotel perfectly central, easy to get to from the train and bus station, it was also beautifully clean, soft big towels, spacious rooms for city center, and had a delightful staff. They were very helpful and kept our bags for us for additional time so we could site see without dragging them along. I was travelling with my children (ages 4 and 8) so the bunk bed option was perfect. They also had a lift to take us to our floor (which we didn't have the luxury of in London). It made travelling with kids easier. The hotel also had a "press to open" door so it didn't stay open in the cold and to any which person. You also needed to key past the hotel desk with your room key to enter the corridors. It made our stay feel even more safe. I really appreciated this hotel. Well done!

Great front counter staff, room was perfect for our family of 4 travellers. Located close to everything: Waverly train station, Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, pubs, restaurants, everything!

Good hotel and hold luggage after check out

Staffs were welcoming and room was nice! However, top of the shower cabinet needs cleaning, likely caused by previous occupants negligence.

I just felt that everything was average. There was no bottled water which would have helped when taking my medication. Instead I used a mug and tap water in the bathroom.
