Hotel with nice view. Service is good ! But it’s not in good location ! Better have a car to drive there. Far from the railway station and shopping area !

Rymligt och trevligt rum, dock lite lyhört och varmt då det inte fanns AC eller möjlighet att justera värme/kyla. Istället fick vi sova med öppet fönster vilket släppte in lite ljud utifrån gatan. Vi saknade också kylskåp på rummet. Annars var det ett trevligt läge med möjlighet att följa promenadstråk genom stadsparker för att komma till centrala Edinburgh. Frukosten var bra med bra service och utbud. Även trevligt att vi kunde få frukost innan ordinarie öppettid den dagen vi skulle på dagsutflykt.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are professional, helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and had a good amount of floor space which allowed us to be able to open all of our cases at the same time. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom along with a hair dryer. There is a small restaurant and bar in this hotel which is useful in rainy weather.

Staff were very helpful especially Monika and Joanna at front desk and the dining room and bar staff were very friendly and extremely smartly dressed! All in all a wonderful experience!’ Thank you all

Hyggeligt, godt og rent hotel med dejlig og stor morgenmad. Ligger i roligt område ud til en park. Der er en bar man kan samles i. Selve byområdet er meget roligt med mange små restauranter og barer i de gamle huse, men kun få interessante butikker. Det er her den almindelige skotte bor.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. I found the food in the restaurant to be really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable .

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til Princess Street, Nationalmuseet og Royal Mile vis flotte parker. Dertil kommer et veludstyret busnet med mange ruter forbi hotellet. Kan også anbefale togture til Glasgow og højlandet. Fantastisk morgenmad!

Very comfortable stay as always

Great stay very clean and quiet

War alles prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A well-equipped hotel in a quiet location. Historic architecture. Comfortable and clean. The room has everything you'll need for a few days. The floors are carpeted. They also provide slippers, which many hotels don't offer. There was a kettle and tea and coffee as gift. It's within walking distance of central locations. There's also a large park in front. Easy check-in and check-out. We stayed for four nights and I think everything was fine.

The breakfast was excellent, a bit of a stroll to the shops but didn’t bother us even though we are 70 plus

Nettes, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Schones, sauberes Zimmer, Bad etwas älter. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Super séjour Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables et spacieuses. Dommage que la salle de bain n’était pas top la robinetterie trop usé Et le ménage n’était pas terrible. Hôtel très bien placé, tout est accessible à pied.

Second time staying at the Bruntsfield hotel just as amazing as before! Cannot recommend enough. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great tv, freebies and the bathroom has an amazing shower and enough space for all you need. The surrounding area is perfect with amazing cafes, restaurants and small businesses and has easy access into the city centre on foot and by bus. The free luggage storage is also great to make the most of your stay after check out, the onsite bar is a good nice and feels warm and more like a nicer pub opposed to a hotel bar - we didn’t eat so can’t speak for the food but the menu seemed decent for a hotel.
