Nice location. The bar/restaurant on the top floor is superb. Friendly bar tender, great panoramic view over the city.

Good location, you can walk to the old town within 20 mins Room size is ok. Big desk which is suitable for business trip Breakfast is good. Only the toaster is overheating, breads are brunt. Very friendly staff, always smile and be willing to help customers’ needs.

Most of the staff was wonderful There was a night staff that was very rude and aggressive towards me. I had one foot on a chair. He was very rude and aggressive towards me. Very disrespectful no idea who I am or .

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. Extra touches like champagne and cake for a birthday were lovely and totally unexpected. It is slightly out of the Belgrade Waterfront area, but all public transport in Belgrade is free and easy to navigate, and it's well placed for spots like the Church of Saint Sava and Nikola Tesla Museum. Breakfast was more than adequate and in a lovely setting. The pool and spa facilities are great. The panoramic view from the restaurant at the top is superb at sunset. Parking is secure and 3000RSD per day.

The old man at the lobby is incredible rude. He never helps anybody. He is so bad hearth man. This is the second but the last time at Metropol Palace. I will never advise to any chess player,any tourist MP. Shame on you !

Our curtain fell off the rail and we had to sleep in a bright room facing the sun on a summer’s day. Our room was cleaned late and there were days they hardly cleaned properly. The hallway carpet is filthy. Breakfast was fine except for the malfunctioning coffee machines.

sehr gute Unterkunft für Städetrip, mit gutem Service, gutem Frühstück mit viel auswahl und frisch. sehr guter wellnessbereich. zentrum gut erreichbar mit taxis oder etwas längerer spaziergang

Hotel has a long history with lots of celebrities sponsorship in the 50s and 60s. However rooms and hallways look old and need revamp. Only good thing to comment on is the spa with quite a big swimming pools two saunas and a steam room. You can also sunbathe in the back garden There was a graduation party at the night right before my checkout and the music was loud I could hardly rest. Expo is coming in 2027 so please do some renovatiions to greet the world
