Great location. Stayed at the rear unit, maybe much quieter than the front ones, since the streets were noisy at late nights. The designs are nice. The sink area in the bathroom might be a bit too small, but good enough for the layout to fit in the historical house. It's a pity that the window at eye level cannot be opened. Although there's not much view outside(rear yard), it would be nicer to have some visual connection with the exterior and have a good use of the traditional wooden blinds. Without a view of the outside, it just feel too enclosed and excluded during our whole stay. I heard this a given condition set by the landlord, and the hotel cannot do anyting about it.

優點︰前台服務非常好，房間比想像中大，整體舒適，房間有瓶裝水，樓下也有飲水機很方便。地點是3個地鐵站附近，非常方便，樓下有酒吧街，有甜品店。 缺點︰有一晚不小心弄污床單，但第二天發現污跡仍在，才發現床單沒有更換，明白環保原因未必每天更換床單，但有明顯污跡就應該更換。另外洗澡去水很慢，容易溢出。熱水爐是儲水式，要預先開啟，而且熱水很快用完，要注意。很多人也提及隔音問題，是會有外面車的聲音，但我認為可接受。

位置便利，員工親切

This is a no frills, stay-and-go-play hotels. Good property location, but street noise was quite loud both nights we were there. The room is very small and the bathroom is one of those no-shower-curtain-everything-gets-wet bathrooms. Service was good.

The room was small but clean, quiet, and more than enough space for two people. The best parts are the staff (so helpful!) and the location.

This place was immaculately kept. The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but not crowded very cozy, Shower was great as week close to subway and all of Chinatown. Bed was very comfortable. I hope to return one way and I highly recommend Kinn Studios.

근처에 상점 레스토랑도 많아요 방이 매우 좁지만 깔끔하고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다^^

Pub right across the road- this I like.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und entspanntes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Konzept ist nachhaltig. Die Gegend ist sehr praktisch, viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Busse und 3 MRT-Stationen sind schnell und gut zu erreichen.

Good value for money

Perfect stay: staff was lovely, room comfy, and location great. Would stay again!

The room is as it says on the tin - Cosy. That said, it was clean, modern, staff all very friendly and, given how busy Chinatown is, it was lovely to find somewhere quiet. Very well connected to the local train stations, good coffee, food & more. Couldn’t ask for more for a two-night stay.

Clean and very comfortable rooms, lovely service from the staff who were always available and helpful

Fabulous simple but very clean room well positioned for Chinatown and the MRT. The room has everything you might need -there is a central pantry store for water etc, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for a short stay/long weekend in Singapore.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in Chinatown, gut erreichbar. Alle sind überaus freundlich, es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer bieten Klimaanlage, Safe, Wasserkocher mit Kaffee, ☕.Und WLAN. Warum ich trotzdem nicht wieder dort wohnen möchte: Mein Standardzimmer war extrem klein. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, ich musste komplett aus dem Koffer leben. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man regelmäßig die Toilette mitduschen muss. Fenster sind vorhanden, lassen sich aber samt Fensterläden in ganz Hotel nicht öffnen, so dass man keinen Ausblick hat. Alle das war bei der Buchung für mich nicht erkennbar.
