整體尚算乾淨企理，房間不算太大，但浴室設計不錯，早餐選擇足夠，社區/附近環境非常安靜，事實距離地鐵站有一定路程。

Friendly price and good staying experience

地理位置是郊區住宿蠻好的選擇,地鐵16分鐘左右,建議公車搭乘方便,到明洞等景點單程一小時左右

This is my second stay at this hotel. While most of the staff, including the housekeeping team, were warm and welcoming, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. During my first visit, she handled my check-in, and on my second visit, she processed my check-out. On both occasions, she was rude, never said "thank you," and had an unfriendly demeanor. I'm not sure if this was due to a language barrier or something else, but it made my experience less pleasant. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the other staff members, but I hope the hotel can improve its front desk service to ensure a more consistent and welcoming experience for all guests.

交通離地鐵大概走10-15分鐘 公車站5分鐘 旁邊是樂天超市 吃很方便

淋浴房型去水很差，第二天到前台向他們反映，他們說會檢查. 晚上回到房間完全沒有處理，浴室滿地都是水，如果要換浴缸房形需要額外付費，都不得不付款換房了.

樓下就有便利店還好，地鐵站也不算太遠就能到，但酒店位置偏遠，老實說因為BLACKPINK演唱會場地較近才訂，但一切都還可以

夜間入住，櫃檯人員協助服務很好

Quiet place and clean

The staff were very nice and the area was next to a mall which had plenty of food options

Great room for the price. The place isn’t luxury but for what you pay it’s not bad. The staff was very helpful as well.

Staff was not kind, especially on breakfast counter. He had mask and I couldn't hear what he said then he angrily shouted at me

In Zimmer kannst du nicht atmen, stinkt nach Schimmel.

I think worse thing is breakfast choice for westerners like me

Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb aber man hat eine gute Anbindung zum Zentrum (Bushaltestelle, Zug). Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, Zimmerservice erfolgt durch einen süßen „Roboter“ im Kellnerlook. Ein Convenience Store ist direkt am Hotel, man kommt von der Lobby direkt in den kleinen Laden. Wer also kein Problem hat etwas durch die Stadt zu fahren (kleine Sightseeing-Tour) der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

No complimentary toiletries, no disposable slippers (with purchase ₩1550), able to smell cigarettes smoke (wasn’t enforced), room temperature is always hot and stuffy (forced to open small window for airflow)
