We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Está bien ubicado (unos 30 min a pie de la catedral), tiene lo básico: cama, aire acondicionado y baño.
No es muy accesible, por lo que si van con personas con movilidad reducida, mayores o niños, el baño puede ser peligroso.
Está bien para estancias cortas pero verdaderamente no merece las 4 estrellas que dice tener.

Me pareció que el estado del hotel no es el esperando para un 4 estrellas. Cosas rotas,sucias o mal mantenidas. La misma puerta rotatoria de entrada dudo que sea un funcionamiento adecuado el que presenta

We have informed the reception about the flows of the room but seemed not caring at all. The bathroom walls were dirty you could see it immediately ,the waste tin was no working at all ,you need to use a paper to open it by hand , the lights were not sufficient , the room was next to the main road there was continous noise in the room , but they kindly give us a kettle and glasses while I was hoping them to find in the room with couple tea or coffee to use .The breakfast area was nice and airy .
