Very friendly and courteous staff

Start with the good things, the A/C in the room was amazing kept us cool in the hot conditions. As well as this they provided toothbrushes and paste which was a nice extra. The WiFi was very good. That's about everything that I can say good about the hotel. The bad things, the cleaners are very noisy in the mornings and woke us up several times, in addition to this we requested that the bed sheets be changed and they weren't which was evident in the stain on the bedding. There was no provision of kettle or anything to accommodate ourselves, and was highly inconvenient as my poor girlfriend had a crippling stomach ache. In the bathroom there was a weird mark in the toilet that was there for the entirety of our stay and there was also mould around the bath, the stairs were very dingy and dark. It's an okay hotel if you are just going there to stay for the night and that's it

we found the staff to be most helpful and very welcoming bedrooms were comfortable with aircon and nice city views from 7th Floor

First time staying here. Lovely big room and all exceptionally clean. Bathroom ready for a refurb and. Tv in lounge area would be good. Staff amazing and breakfast very good.

Room has good size but the hotel is a bit old. They don’t turn on any lights including the hallway all sensor lights

A very good hotel.

An early check in was helpful. A very nice open plan foyer. Spacious. Hotel close to a Lidl and Burger king. An extra walk will take you to a McDonald's and a Carrefour. Nearer still is a Mercado a supermarket. Nearby restaurant does a very good menu del dia. On seventh floor. The two lifts were quick and efficient. A nice touch is to have the internal key card slot illuminated so that as you enter you don't have any difficulty locating it to switch on lights etc Nice to have a window that extends the whole wall. Bright. Good view. It makes a room open up and lifts the spirits. Many hotels have subdued lighting; not so here. Comfortable chair. Decent wardrobe space. Very clean. A table with a drawer. A lot of four star hotels are reducing this aspect. Comfortable bed. Nice overhead shower. Not quite sure why the hotel opted for a plastic shower floor? The safe is fiddly to work. Powerful air conditioning that works well. Overall, a good four star level room and hotel.

We arrived in Murcia right at the start of the COVID-19 scare. The Spanish government just enabled a lock down on restaurants, shopping and tourist locations. We cut our holiday short in order to return home. We ended up being the last people in the hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. They prepared us a breakfast when checked out at 2:00 am. I thank them for their understanding and concern. This is a very nice hotel and we will definitely stay again when we next return to Murcia.
