距中心徧遠, 不合自由行. 由机場可坐L77路巴士直到門外. 但車資要另付. 三天卡( 即巴士, 地鉄, 輕軌任坐)不用. WIFI微弱, 要到大堂才可連綫. 很煩悶

A decent, clean, tidy, suburban hotel with unreliable and slow WiFi

因為早訂，所以有hkd 300多元一晚的雙人房，很便宜。房間很大，有30多平方米，可以4人住也no problem. 有開放式kitchen, private toilet. 有睡房。

Nice suite but no sense of security when the door on balcony could not be locked, and remote from the city

I was there 3 nights! Almost can not conneted to WiFi. Very Poor WiFi signal.

Nice safe area. 40 dollars in a cab from the airport. Walk to tram. One hour from downtown. Guy in reception very helpful and gave great directions. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Housekeeping every 6 days. It’s not a hotel. Would go back. Enjoyable stay.

Good: parking options. Nice neighborhood. Restaurants and parks nearby. Quiet neighborhood Bad: wifi only in the bedroom, not the living room. Automatic checking not the easiest. Kitchen equipment old and scarce

The room was tidy and clean, air conditioning was perfect. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Very good place

Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service.

Everyone is complaining about the air conditioning but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it. The location is great, good access to public transportation and shopping nearby. They should include a pressing iron/table in the rooms, provide colored trash bags for waste separation and paper cups in the gym. They should also let the online public know whenever the pool is out of access as is the case now. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, include a WhatsApp number to be reached at check in, given how many complaints there’ve been about their machine check in process. Overall I got value for money.

Todo estuvo bien, el ingreso tiene que ser justo a la hora que marca porque yo llegue un poco antes y no pude ingresar hasta las tres, hay un parqueo justo afuera, pero hay que pagarlo de lunes a viernes, pero de noche es gratis, no hay aire acondicionado, y a pesar que el clima no es aún de verano, hacia calor insoportable, llamé para que me apoyaran y me dijeron que no tenían aire acondicionado, sólo calefacción, así que no recomiendo rentarlo en verano

There was no air conditioning. The host was great to respond up until we checked in - and then quit responding. I reported the lack of air conditioning and the heat and stuffiness of the room numerous times. We opened the window for some relief, but the neighbor was frequently smoking on the adjacent balcony and I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I had to shut the window most evenings.

Beautiful apartment, nice calm location just outside the centre, they just need to fix the air conditioning, other than that it was great, easy self check-in and check out, hassle free, highly recommended
