Very nice hotel and staff

Room was really clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fab, continental and hot food available, my air conditioning wasn’t working properly maintenance arrived and fixed it really quickly, fridges Dnt really work that well, overall we had a fab long weekend here.

This was a great hotel in great location for pool and sea and restaurants

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I arrived at around 3:00 AM, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I only spoke English, communication was never an issue, and everyone went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area offers stunning views, and there was always a bartender available at the pool bar ready to serve drinks. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and an incredible ocean view that made every morning special. Being located directly on the beach was unbeatable. The views were breathtaking, and I loved my partial sea view room. From the balcony, I could enjoy the ocean during the day and then take in the city lights and mountains illuminated at night. The staff was also extremely helpful in arranging taxis whenever needed. We visited the spa for a couples massage, which was fantastic, and afterward enjoyed the beautiful hot tub overlooking the ocean—an unforgettable experience. Overall, this was an incredible stay that exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, beautiful views, and a relaxing beachfront getaway.

Tout s’est très bien passé, d’avoir la plage à 2 pas de l’hôtel, c’est génial. Grande chambre vue sur mer et bon petit-déjeuner.

Really nice place lovely hotell lovely room super thankful !

The fitness room was spectacular and the pool was quite well maintained and nice. The only complaint is that the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. dust bunnies under the bed and one of our friends room had blood on the sheets, which was odd because the bed had been made.

Hotellet ligger veldig fint til ved stranden. Våre rom var veldig slitt og vask av rom var ikke veldig bra.

Room provided a beautiful view of the beach. Breakfast was included and was an excellent part of my morning. Eating outside, overlooking the sea was relaxing and a nice way to start the day. Rooms were very clean.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The view and closeness of the beach was excellent.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment as we thought it was a 4-star hotel which it absolutely is not, possibly 2.5-3-star. The hotel really needs a refresh, in the building on the right that we stayed in, the rooms were in need of an overhaul as the floors had cracked, loose parts in the bathroom such as toilet holders, the shaving mirror was hanging three quarters of the way, the heat in the shower switched from scalding hot to cold every other second, dirty curtains, the carpet in the corridor and by the elevator was terribly dirty and stained (floor 7). The toilets at the reception also need to be refreshed. The elevators lacked sensors when closing the doors as they closed before anyone had entered Some of the sun loungers with accompanying tables by the pool would need to be replaced as they are worn and dirty. Breakfast okay but no more. The staff needs to be more service-oriented and friendly as some of them were treated with nonchalance. One of the bartenders was almost rude when we ordered drinks (the same kind) for the whole group, I have never been treated this way ever in a hotel bar. The only good thing about the hotel was the location by the sea.

Staff were excellent, unfortunately I didn't catch the gents name that checked me in but his efficiency and thoroughness made for a speedy but informative check in, ideal when you're on a short break and don't have tons of time. Room was spotless, a little tired but for the price it's expected in my opinion, overall the room was great though, bathroom clean, bed comfy, balcony a little restrictive on the side view rooms due to their design but adequate, be careful with the balcony door as it will lock you out if you're not careful, we found that putting a large bottle cap (aquarius definitely works) in the lower part of the runner is it a perfect fit and stops the door locking you out. We didn't use the pool but it's cleaned daily and looked in good condition to me, pool area again spotless and the view is unbelievable. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming for me personally, I didn't have everything I'd usually have and whilst I still managed a decent breakfast is had few variations of item and wasn't kept very warm, toaster needed around 5 passes as opposed to the usual 3 required on the carousel toaster. Overall the hotel was great, clean and great facilities, just need to nail the breakfast. Resort area facilities let the hotel down but that's not their fault so I didn't let it affect their score however the resort does need some variety and funding, 4/5 Indian restaurants on one street is a little OTT and could do with more cuisine options/variety.
