비 라이브 어덜츠 온리 마리벤트

팔마 대성당이랑 차로 얼마 안걸리지만, 주차비 따로 내야하며, 예약당시에 본 사진만 보고 예약한 호텔이 아닌 바로 옆건물도 당신들이 운영하는 호텔이라며 생각지도 못한 건물 객실에 배정되었고, 온리 어덜츠?? 말이 성인이지 요양원인줄......;;;;;;;; 호텔 직원만 상냥했지 배정받은 객실 컨디션도 정말 마음에 들지 않았다. 머리카락이 여러군데 보이고 이불 또한 더러워서 방을 바꿔달라고 했지만 이미 예약이 다 차있는 상태라 객실 청소 담당 직원들이 와서 대충 치워주고 이불만 바꿔 주고 갔다. 사진 상으로 보이는 씨뷰가 아닌 다른 건물에서 보는 씨뷰는 동해안보다도 못한 곳이었다.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The view and closeness of the beach was excellent.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment as we thought it was a 4-star hotel which it absolutely is not, possibly 2.5-3-star. The hotel really needs a refresh, in the building on the right that we stayed in, the rooms were in need of an overhaul as the floors had cracked, loose parts in the bathroom such as toilet holders, the shaving mirror was hanging three quarters of the way, the heat in the shower switched from scalding hot to cold every other second, dirty curtains, the carpet in the corridor and by the elevator was terribly dirty and stained (floor 7). The toilets at the reception also need to be refreshed. The elevators lacked sensors when closing the doors as they closed before anyone had entered Some of the sun loungers with accompanying tables by the pool would need to be replaced as they are worn and dirty. Breakfast okay but no more. The staff needs to be more service-oriented and friendly as some of them were treated with nonchalance. One of the bartenders was almost rude when we ordered drinks (the same kind) for the whole group, I have never been treated this way ever in a hotel bar. The only good thing about the hotel was the location by the sea.

Staff were excellent, unfortunately I didn't catch the gents name that checked me in but his efficiency and thoroughness made for a speedy but informative check in, ideal when you're on a short break and don't have tons of time. Room was spotless, a little tired but for the price it's expected in my opinion, overall the room was great though, bathroom clean, bed comfy, balcony a little restrictive on the side view rooms due to their design but adequate, be careful with the balcony door as it will lock you out if you're not careful, we found that putting a large bottle cap (aquarius definitely works) in the lower part of the runner is it a perfect fit and stops the door locking you out. We didn't use the pool but it's cleaned daily and looked in good condition to me, pool area again spotless and the view is unbelievable. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming for me personally, I didn't have everything I'd usually have and whilst I still managed a decent breakfast is had few variations of item and wasn't kept very warm, toaster needed around 5 passes as opposed to the usual 3 required on the carousel toaster. Overall the hotel was great, clean and great facilities, just need to nail the breakfast. Resort area facilities let the hotel down but that's not their fault so I didn't let it affect their score however the resort does need some variety and funding, 4/5 Indian restaurants on one street is a little OTT and could do with more cuisine options/variety.

Lovely clean modern hotel. Beautiful buffet breakfast something for everyone great choices. Lovely quiet location on the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel

Mi habitacion no tenia vista a la playa. Hubo un dia, que no limpiaron mi habitacion, reclame y la limpiaron... pero en general, volveria a usar el hotel

The room was spacious, with a splendid sea view, but everything was rather old - old furniture with defects, entrance door was shaking, some defects on the walls also (painting coming off in some areas). The bathroom is open (no main door), only a glass door to the toilet. Breakfast was good and varied, gym was good but old equipment.

Et dejligt beliggende hotel. Men det er noget slidt og farvevalget på intereour i sine grå/blå nuancer minder mig om en offentlig institution. Morgenmaden var fremragende. Friske råvarer, og et meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Gymn'et er tiptop. Noget af det bedste, jeg har oplevet.

Great location away from the crowd. Easy to get to Palma by bus for 2€ a.P. The best seafood restaurant 10 min by foot we have ever eaten.

The staff were super friendly and the room was great. We had a view of the ocean and it was gorgeous! It was direct access to the beach which was perfect! Many restaurants and cafes were around the hotel as well. The bus station was right by the hotel which made transportation super easy. The buffet breakfast was also great! Overall a perfect stay!!

Very kind staff. They made the difference! But the hotel is run down and doesn”t match a price of around 100 euro a night. It seems like the investor who owns it, has waited too long to with the maintenance. Another thing is that the wifi was open with no code. So easy to fixx
