팔마 대성당이랑 차로 얼마 안걸리지만, 주차비 따로 내야하며, 예약당시에 본 사진만 보고 예약한 호텔이 아닌 바로 옆건물도 당신들이 운영하는 호텔이라며 생각지도 못한 건물 객실에 배정되었고, 온리 어덜츠?? 말이 성인이지 요양원인줄......;;;;;;;; 호텔 직원만 상냥했지 배정받은 객실 컨디션도 정말 마음에 들지 않았다. 머리카락이 여러군데 보이고 이불 또한 더러워서 방을 바꿔달라고 했지만 이미 예약이 다 차있는 상태라 객실 청소 담당 직원들이 와서 대충 치워주고 이불만 바꿔 주고 갔다. 사진 상으로 보이는 씨뷰가 아닌 다른 건물에서 보는 씨뷰는 동해안보다도 못한 곳이었다.

Very nice hotel "on the beach" nice rooms - I guess all with more or less view to the sea, as we ordered, but we also got a room at top floor as we asked for, so good service here. Very good breakfast (we only had breakfast) The City is very "turisted" with many small bars, and fast foods places, but bus 04 goes every 15 minutes into Palma, so easy to go there were good shops and restaurant are, so all in all a very good week in "Be Live Adults Marivent" - we will for sure bee back :)

Vi bokade rum högst upp i byggnaden med havsutsikt. Det var en fantastisk utsikt, rymlig balkong och rent rum. Utsikten över havet kompletterades perfekt av diverse segelbåtar som låg för ankar i bukten eller som seglade in/ut till hamnen som skymdes av berg precis invid stranden. Det tog endast ca 3 min totalt från hotellrummet ned till stranden. Trevlig personal som serverade frukosten och tog emot oss i receptionen. Wifi sträckte sig från hotellet ned till stranden. I själva rummet var det dock lite "privacy". Var endast en dörr till själva toaletten och ingen dörr till själva badrummet som var "öppen" för alla som gick in/ut ur hotellrummet. Så om man inte är där med sin partner så får man tänka på att hålla sig undan när den andra använder duschen eller badrumsbänken så den får det någorlunda privat för sig. Dörren till toaletten kunde inte heller stängas helt och var en frostad glasdörr. Kunde gärna ha varit bredare utbud av restauranger som serverade spansk mat i området. Det fanns några stycken som var riktigt bra. Men i övrigt var det många som serverade pasta, pizza, hamburgare, kebab etc (så passar bra för barnfamiljer om man har lite kräsna barn). Annars tar en Uber/Taxi endast 10 min till Palma där restaurangutbudet var betydligt bredare. Fanns även en vacker promenadsträcka från hotellet till Palma som tog ca 45-60 min att gå. Till flygplatsen var det endast ca 15 min färd med taxi/Uber.

Year after year I return to Be Live Hotels in Calamayor. A home away from home. Love it.

Good home base for exploring Mallorca...we rented a car for couple of days to drive around the island.. it was hella hot in August the room A/C struggled to keep the room cool and overnight parking is competitive..but free in public lot up from the hotel Hotel parking with limited spaces and 20€/night

Hotel incrivel, staff bom , academia boa, café delicioso e bem silencioso.

It is one of the few hotel in this area that has its own access to the beach in front line, super quiet and comfortable area near pool with DJ midday jam, outstanding breakfast ( like on the best all inclusive resorts) with ability to dine outside with a sea view. Our room has direct sea view where I can take breathtaking views on sunset and sunrise.

Dejligt hotel, men værelset var nedslidt. Sødt personale og gode forhold generelt. Perfekt beliggenhed.

Fin beliggenhet på hotellet like ovenfor stranden.Men dårlig renhold i fellesarealene og ved bassenget. De ansatte var til stede, men ryddet ikke bort glass, tallerkener og annet. Servietter lå våte ved bassenget. Rist rundt bassenget var skitten. Det stod mye glass og skitne ting på bordene da vi kom ned på morgenen. Lite bassengområde mht solstoler, altfor for få i forhold til antall rom. Veldig skitne solstoler. Renhold på rommet var bra!

Bra läge, nära till hav och till Palma. Lätt att ta sig till Palma med lokal buss 2 euro. Fantastisk frukost med härlig uteplats mot havet. Hade rum med havsutsikt vilket jag kan rekommendera.

We stayed for a few days as a couple and overall had a good time. The best part was the location – the hotel is right by the beach, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, perfect for having a drink or playing cards in the evening. The room was okay, but nothing special. It lacked practical details like hooks for towels, and the bathroom layout might not be for everyone – the toilet has glass doors and there’s no door for the shower, so you need to feel comfortable with your travel partner. That said, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well without any noise issues. The pool area was nice, but as expected, you had to be early to get a sunbed. The breakfast was good, and the cocktails by the pool were a nice touch. A downside was the sea water, which was surprisingly dirty on two out of four days – something we didn’t expect from such a beautiful beach. The other two days, it was clean and lovely. The Cala Major area is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, but it does feel a bit run-down and lacks that “luxury” atmosphere. Getting to Palma is easy, but taxis are pricey for the short distance – so unless you rent a car or use the bus, it’s best to stay local. Overall, a relaxed and pleasant hotel with a great location and nice views, but some details could be improved for a more polished experience.

Det var en bra vistelse på ett hotell med väldigt bra läge! Flera kommentarer påpekar skicket, de var helt okej. I förhållande till priset per natt och läget tycker jag allt var super bra!

tolle Lage, toller Strand, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer zweckmässig und OK. Reinigungspersonal Top! Kühlschrank in schlechtem Zustand, aber sonst gut.
