酒店干净整洁,交通便利，邻近博萨海滩。但有位前台很不靠谱，答应我们在临走赶飞机那天提前开早饭，但结果---

Lovely hotel, some noise from outside which the hotel cannot address

Waschbecken und Dusche sind nicht richtig abgelaufen, Wasserhahn war eine pure Katastrophe, man darf leider erst ab 9 Uhr den Ausgang zur Promenade (Meer) nutzen. Warum stellt man die Klobürste direkt neben das Toliettenpapier?! Frühstück und Abendessen war beides zu empfehlen - auch war alles sehr sauber. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich!

Parfait et merci au personnel pour son aimabilité

Für einen Kurztripp und um Ibiza-Stadt zu entdecken das perfekte Hotel. Zimmer unbedingt mit Meeresblick buchen und in den höheren Etagen, dann gibt es nichts zu meckern. Poolbar bzw. Hotelbar hat abends noch Luft nach oben, da könnte man mehr draus machen.

Zimmer OK., Personal OK., Wellness nicht genutzt, Restaurants in der Nähe OK.

Chambre vue mer et piscine, calme la plupart du temps (en dehors des festivités de l’hôtel), petit déjeuner copieux, variés et gustativement correct.

Hotel is goed gelegen om de oude stad te bezoeken. Personeel was over het algemeen heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar hebben een paar keer een nors antwoord gekregen bij een vraag.

Personnel pas très accueillant, aucuns efforts de satisfaction, communication et base de la politesse inexistantes.

Staff was not friendly from the start. Not helpful. Did not give the WiFi, when I asked they acted like I was an inconvenience. The WiFi does not work good at all. I was working while I was there and was not able to work at the hotel. I had to find an alternative place to work during my stay. I wanted to go in the pool at 4:15pm and was told I couldn’t have a towel after 4 PM, but the pool was still open which was silly. The walls are very thin so if you get a party group that’s sleeping next to you you can’t sleep. In room full of girls checked in and we’re playing loud music and talking loud throughout the night. One day it was raining and we needed an umbrella and they wouldn’t let us use one because we didn’t have €10 cash. We asked if they could charge it to the room and they said no. They asked for a late check out he didn’t even look to see if they had anything available he just said no. I would not stay here again!

Perfect location

Property was clean and modern and very relaxing. In a lovely quiet area with plenty of cafes and restaurants along the promenade which the hotel and pool looks over. Great base to relax, easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Staff very polite and helpful.

Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und war praktikabel schlicht eingerichtet. Es wirkte insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und funktional.

Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

Nice view, room okay. Room for breakfast super boring

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the assistants, I booked a double room, I received 2 single beds which was very uncomfortable for my stay, unfriendly staff, they did not help at all, it was a negative experience.
