酒店近蘭布拉大道及地鐵站，交通和飲食都十分方便。絕大部分職員態度親切。而浴室有異味，開抽氣扇還無法除去。

Once I entered my room, there are 3 male staffs inside my room! they were fixing the overhead lamp. I was so shocked to see strangers once I entered my room! There are too little facilities inside the room, only one cup is provided for a twin room, isn't it weird?!

Last minute booking since my previous hotel was cancelled without my knowledge. I wanted a terrace/ balcony, so I was given a Juliette balcony overlooking the street. I had no problem sleeping and it was located around local shops and restaurants. The alley is quite sketchy, but I didn't have any problems - probably because I am hypervigilant so keep that in mind. The staff was extremely helpful and prompt when needed. Could use some updated/ cleaner paint job and there may have been a sewer issue cause once you got into the elevator it hit you. I wouldn't have a problem booking again if I ever went back to Barcelona.

Room was very basic and over priced for quality. Bed is okay but also basic. Bathroom was a bit nasty for the price. Walls are paper and I could hear everything from corridor and pipes were loud when others were flushing. Bring earplugs. Location is good near La Rambla but there was huge construction and traffic was intense. Difficult to get a taxi. I was not happy for the quality that come with the price.

Points positifs : le lit était propre et plutôt confortable. Le personnel était aimable, et la localisation excellente, proche du métro et du quartier gothique. En revanche, la chambre était mal entretenue et très sombre. Elle manquait clairement de sources lumineuses, d’autant plus que deux lampes étaient hors service. Certaines diffusaient une lumière froide, très bleutée et peu puissante, ce qui renforçait l’ambiance sombre et peu chaleureuse. Une lampe sur pied était présente sans être branchée, probablement parce qu’aucune prise n’était accessible à proximité, et elle était en mauvais état. Dans la salle de bain, les joints de la douche étaient noircis, surtout dans les angles. Le pommeau principal était inutilisable, les jets partant dans tous les sens, et la colonne de douche fuyait. Heureusement, la douchette fonctionnait à peu près correctement. Le porte-serviettes et la poignée de douche étaient également très rouillés. Concernant la climatisation, elle faisait bien du froid, mais le thermostat semblait défectueux : la température affichée variait sans arrêt, perturbant complètement la régulation. On entendait donc souvent la clim s'allumer et s'éteindre en boucle. Les grilles d’aération étaient aussi très poussiéreuses. Enfin, plusieurs surfaces semblaient mal nettoyées (TV, bureau, lampes, etc.).

Manuel? At reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. The lift smelt terrible and some times through the shower. The room was loud from the outside streets woke many times to voices outside.

I found a cockroach in my room the first night. For the price, the rooms are modestly appointed. Given its location, it is delightfully quiet.

There is not air condition until July. It was dificullt to sleep. Hot and noise Bad odor at the elevator

Great location steps away from a Metro station that connected you quickly all across the city. Near the Ramblas but removed enough from its noise. Close to the Boqueria market, restaurants, and shops and walking distance to the old town and many other places of interest. On the downside, it lacks amenities like a safe, mini-fridge, and coffee maker you commonly find in hotels and lacked hand soap, though it had a pump bottle in the shower. It had a generous size room that easily accommodated two open suitcases and was very comfortable and convenient.

El personal de recepcion muy amable y atentos. Solicite limpieza a la chica de limpieza pues olia demasiado a orina el baño, no pudieron solucionarlo y el olor era insoportable, me acabe 2 desodorantes de ambiente y no se calmo.
