Nuestra estancia en el Grand Hotel Central fue muy agradable. Nos alojamos en una Habitación Familiar, que estaba dividida en dos espacios separados con una puerta entre ellos, lo que nos dio mucha comodidad y privacidad. Además, el personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos pronto.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but was very noisy from the street noises.

This hotel was located perfectly for my stay. Hotel front desk staff and room staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Air condition in the room did not work. Terrible.

Im Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider nicht. Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer mit einem Upgrade, dort war alles gut. Leider war am letzten Tag Chaos bei der Rechnung. Die Rechnung wurde doppelt abgebucht- im Hotel war es schwierig, das zu klären. Im Nachhinein erhielt ich eine Email, die den Vorfall si darstellte, als hätte ich das nicht richtig verstanden. Schade, es ist ein schönes Hotel, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich nochmal dort wohnen möchte.

stayed at the hotel for one night. delicious food at the restaurant off the lobby. modern and clean rooms. great central location. amazing view of barcelona from the rooftop. infinity pool isn’t heated though. would definitely stay again.
