Good location, clean room. Limited on site parking but deals in place with the NCps locally

Our room was nice but not super big . Bathroom was big with nice shower . We had a King bed that was comfy . We didn’t book a view but still private . My biggest issue was NO ICE machine at the hotel. They told us to go to the bar if we wanted ice and would give us ONLY 2 small glasses with 3 large pieces of ice in them. The next day the bar told me that if I wanted more Ice it would cost $5 Euros!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I talked to the check in desk and they confirmed ICE is not included and I should never even had any free ice to begin with . I was very very Upset and begged them at least to give me an ice bucket. I had to finally go back to the bar to get one after being approved. I had to then walk outside of the hotel and go to the grocery store to buy a bag of ice for only 1.80 Euros . I couldn’t even put the ice in my bar fridge as it was too big . I don’t understand they why they are being so cheap in this highly rated hotel when a bag only costs 1.80 EU I am debating whether I will still stay at another H10 hotel in Barcelona which I booked over 2 months ago if they have the same policy especially when I’m paying $950 EU for only 3 nights .

Excellent breakfast in a lovely room. The roof top bar has amazing sea and city views and great food plus pool.

Very pleasant staff, lovely sized and equipped room. The location is very central walkable to the old town, harbour, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar was lovely with lovely views. We had a great stay.

Clean modern hotel with all facilities except a full length mirror. Expensive hotel parking and dubious artwork in the toilet. Otherwise splendid and excellent location.

The view from our room was amazing . A beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Roman ruins where the gladiators fought directly below our room. Breakfast was wonderful with multiple delicious choices.

Great stay with lovely rooms and in an excellent location for exploring Tarragona.

Eneste kritik punkt var støj det meste af natten, enten fra gaden eller fra hotelværelserne og så meget knirkende senge, ellers var alt super fint og dejligt. Fantastisk udsigt og tæt på alt.

Loved the location and the view. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were all very friendly. We ate both dinner and lunch at the restaurant and everything was excellent. Hope to go back one day.
