Nice hotel for the conference.

L’hôtel est très bien situé très confortable, personnel, serviable. Malheureusement Service pas toujours à la hauteur quand il s’agit de régler une note sur la chambre. Toujours embêté dans des process pour ouvrir des Credit. Ça a un peu gâché les moments pour se reposer.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Excellent location and beautiful rooftop patio. Made our stay very pleasant.

Hotel is in great location. Great ocean view in balcony room. One street over is a no car, walking street( La Rambla) similar to Barcelonas La Rambla. Room comfortable. However, very upset hotel policy is they charge 5 Euros to get ice. I've never stayed at any hotel where they charge for ice. The staff are forced to tell us the customer and gear our upset as they too agree it is ridiculous. Hotel management needs to fix this. It feels like a money grab and for this. I don't recommend this hotel chain unless they fix this.

Very clean but rooms are smaller than they appear in the ads. Also there is only 1 chair and no stands for suitcases.

Great location. We lived the amenities, making great use of the gym and pools. Room was well kept, bed comfy, great bathroom. Sea view ❤️Staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our first H10 hotel; we’d stay in another one without hesitation.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location - easy walk to old town and to the beach. The pools are very nice, the rooftop bar is magical at night, and our room was very comfortable. The staff is very nice- I only wish the front desk had been a bit more helpful in recommending a restaurant the first night. I really wanted to not have to think about making finding a place and reservations but he suggested we just “walk into Old Town” and we’d find lots of places. Small issue, but it surprised me at a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast is a bit expensive but has a huge variety and was very good quality. I would stay here again.

Staff were excellent and really helpful - restaurant recommendations in particular were great. The room was a good size and had a lovely view of the sea and Roman ruins.

Excellent location along with a friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the accomodations were clean and comfortable.

We had air conditioning issues in both room we went to. This hotel was built in 1962 and renovated a few times. But you can definitely see this hotel looks tired in some areas.

Breakfast was very good but expensive. The rooftop bar and pool was great!

Um hotel extremamente bem localizado no centro histórico de Tarragona com. Uma bela vista para o anfiteatro romano e o mar Mediterrâneo. O hotel tem um estilo luxuoso e ao mesmo tempo moderno. Os quartos e banheiros sao amplos. Oferecem várias amenities como kits de barbear e para escovar os dentes. Na chegada oferecem um drink de boas vindas. O café da manhã custa 20 euros mas tem muitas variedades de comidas e bebidas. Praticamente um brunch. O hotel possui duas piscinas uma no térreo e outra no terraço com uma vista linda para o Mediterrâneo. Também tem um bar e restaurante no térreo além de academia. Uma hospedagem excelente perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos de Tarragona. A única falha considero o alto preço do estacionamento. 24 euros por dia. Fiquei em outros hotéis na Espanha que ofereciam estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. Acho que deveriam seguir esta mesma política de gratuidade.
